Khushwinder SThe rental had a lot of dirt in it. The back cab had sharp tile pieces, drywall and wood all over. It was small pieces and embedded into the flooring so it was hard to remove. I tried to sweep it out but we just didn't have the right tools to do so and also we should have not have had to do it (it should have been cleaned when received!). Also, there was no windshield wiper fluid which made it difficult to drive on a snowy day with salt flying up everywhere on the windshield.

Dilpreet SThe van had warning for tire pressure. Not a good feeling to get into a new rental. The windshield was dirty on the inside. I had rented this same van two days earlier and had the exact same dirty windshield, I could tell it was not cleaned for a while. The inside can was wiped but not great and the cargo floor was swept but not washed. Also, returning keys, your instructions say to place them in a return box: there was none. Had to return to counter.

syed mI was charged for gas that was not in the tank. I realized when driving in the vehicle that what was registered and actually was wrong .. not happen and will register a complaint about the condition of the vehicle and gas charge. Next time I won't be using Uhaul.

Arkwhan Fi did not expect u haul agent to be like this, cheat customers,i drove 24 miles, and put in 16 litres of gas, and they bill me for adding 30 litres which is impossible since tank was 3/4 full, i did show them my receipt from gas station they were not interested in, shame haul these guys make you look bad, gives a bad reputation. i will post on Reddit and Instagram. Paul PMy appointment was booked in person earlier for 7 AM even I mentioned that his store hour are 8 AM on Sunday. Manager was nice to apologize for his employee mistake and helped out sign off vehicle in person. The U haul van can use new breaks as it was worn off.
Paraskumar sNobody explain , i need to pic with in hour at time of booking. So I came 90 minutes late . They cancel my booking. Than Luckily I got booking again , otherwise I had to move stiff in my car
