Keith was wonderful. He said family first, take cate of what's going on and I'll be here when she PT being the truck. So kind and gracious. Feel like I've known him for years. Such a great experience all the way around. Ok felt like I had Don and Keith watching out first me. A God kiss from a single mother stand point. Had a tire blowout, U- Haul Roadside service came and assisted, back on the road in 3 hours. According to the tire technician, the tire that blew was in bad shape to begin with and informed me that another tire was ready to blow any moment. Basically the way I perceived it, was they don't maintain their vehicles properly. Yes blowouts occur, but, If the tires are maintained and changed before they get in bad condition, a blowout is less likely to occur. I called Graham Flooring & Cabinetry from where I rented it, on Monday and asked if U'Haul offered some type of discount for the inconvenience, and he pretty much told me no and by the tone of his voice, I pretty much took it like "tough shit, sorry about your luck", not his words but my perception. I don't expect anything for free but I would've at least liked to have the $56 in gas back that I spent to fill it up upon returning it. Pitiful customer service on his part. AND if I ever need flooring or cabinetry, I know where I'm not going. If it's such a pain to deal with being a U-Haul rental associate and stand behind and maintain your product, then just get out of it. The particular truck I rented was the junkies I've ever rented. I will say that the u-Haul roadside service was wonderful and very concerned and caring about the situation. Perhaps the dealer I rented it from could take lessons from the roadside assistance team in customer care.andrew C.

The trucks are parked behind the building. When doing a mobile rental, it's a bit scary. Being a small lady, it doesn't feel very safe. It was easy access, and the mobile pickup was super simple. I was in and out for the pickup and drop off in no time. The only thing I would change is where the trucks are and the Dropbox, etc. The truck was clean enough to use. There were leftover items from a previous renter in the cab. The back was a little dirty and the floor board was dirty. Not enough to not want to drive it.NATASHA T.

Nice to have a pick up location not located in a sketchy part of town. Mr. Graham is the nicest person ever. Not pushy and carefully explained each step of the process to me including after hour return. Vehicle check out was also done in a meticulous manner. Fantastic experience which can be only made better if the U-Haul website gave the correct information to sign up for the rental.Anyu C.

The truck was dirty when I rented it. When the rental rep went to show me the box of the truck he opened it up to show me, and said that it was clean, and there was still a branch and leaves from a fake tree that the last renters had left. It had clearly not been swept out. When I got in the vehicle, I realized that the inside of the door, the windshield and the instrument panel had a sticky film all over it. I indicated that it wasn't clean in the mobile app before I left. In addition to the filth on the inside of the window, the wiper blades needed replacing, so when it was raining and dark, the vehicle was dangerous to drive. Overall, the vehicle was in very poor condition and not well cared for or even looked at between renters. I do not believe I should have been charged a cleaning fee since it was dirty when I received it. This rental facility clearly doesn't use the cleaning fee to clean the vehicles. I would not recommend renting from this location to anyone.Brett R.

My first drop off location I could not find and the phone number that I was given was a non-working number when I called it for directions. I called the UHaul that I rented the truck. They were very helpful and told me that I could choose a second location near to me. I was able to use my GPS on my phone to find another location. Unfortunately, the second location had no visible sign from the street. You could see several UHaul trucks and trailers that were parked beside a strip mall but no signs to where the office was located. I spent over 30 minutes driving around and walking around and going into stores to get directions. A state farm agent did walked me to the door and said I needed to knock and see if anybody answers. No one answered the door. I finally saw another person park beside me and started looking at all the trucks. I asked if he worked for UHaul but he said he was customer and was trying to find his truck he just leased but he could not find it on the lot. He did let me know that if I drove around the other side I would see a sign for a flooring store that did the UHaul rentals. The flooring store did have a very small UHaul sign in the bottom of their front window but cloud not be clearly seen from the parking area because by the brick pillars in front of the store. The flooring store had no signs where to go when you walked in. There was a small counter in the far back corner that could not be seen from the front door that had a line of three people standing. I did not know if they were waiting for flooring or if this was the line for UHaul. The lady at the counter, when asked if this was the right line, told me if I had a return to leave the keys on the counter and I could leave. I asked about a receipt and was told that would be emailed to me. Later in the day I realized that I had left my new house key in the truck I drove back to the location. I saw a man setting in his office talking about a house he was selling looked up several times but would not come out to see what I was needing. I walked all around the store and there was not anyone else working. After 10-15 min the lady that I saw that morning walked in to the store. She said she had not checked my truck in but could open it so I could get my keys. It was obvious that the owners cared about their flooring store and their construction company that was also located in with the flooring store. It was clear UHaul was not a priority for this store. To make things worse UHaul charge me for an additional day for a late check in. I have requested that I receive a refund for the extra day charge but I have not received a response.Timothy D.

I was able to pick up the truck fine. It slipped in and out of gear several times during our trip. I returned the truck on time and put the key in the box as per instructed to do so. This was a Saturday I was then charged an additional 3 days rental fee and insurance fee. When I called to question the bill instead Of receiving a credit I was charged another fee which was the corrected fee in-addition to the incorrect fee which I now have to wait an additional three day to see if I receive credit for the incorrect amount. This was an annoyance and is while I wait. My biggest annoyance is the rudeness of the u haul professional I had to call to verify a credit. A simple apology would have been nice. I have used u-haul many times but this may be the last.Kimberly V.

The gentleman who hooked up the trailer was very kind and professional. The billing process was a bit confusing...I had selected what I had wanted on-line, including a different driver. But when the driver went in to finalize the contract, he was asked questions about insurance that I had already planned for. I had not shared that with him since I thought it was set. We got it straightened out, but it was a confusing process.James H.
The location itself was just fine. Easy to find and safe. However, the overall experience was j7st plain bad. Given the current global pandemuc, one would think that at least a modest attempt would have been made to provide a clean cab. Sorry to say that the cab was disgustingly dirty. If they would allow me to post pics with this review you would be able to see the horrific condition of the cab. It would have been cleaner if I was rolling around in a barnyard. You get the idea. Then they had the audacity to charge a cleaning fee. This was a self-serve pickup and the host business was closed so I had no choice but to use the truck provided as I was 300 miles from home and had 24 hours to complete the move and get home.Jeffrey H.
I was charged for gas when it was more than halfway between 5/8 and 3/4 tank. The receipt says that it was below 5/8 tank, which is not accurate. I will assume that they made an error, but that kind of thing will not stand. I expect a refund for the fuel, as I was diligent about refueling and have a photo to prove it. I also left the vehicle cleaner than when I first rented it, which means it should have been cleaner. MKMichael K.

The truck I rented was dirty. The windshield was so dirty I could barely see through it. I reserved the truck two months in advance and yet when I arrived to pick it up no one was there to release it. When they did show up it took over 30 minutes to check outRodney H.
Truck was very dirty on the inside. Truck worked fine. You could just tell nobody had cleaned or check the cleanliness of the truck. I found a used napkin and half eaten blow pop in the cab of the truck plus the inside of the windshield was nasty. With Covid-19 this is unacceptable and dangerous. Make it more obvious that it is a U-Haul location. It's not a very inviting facility. Not professional in its appearance. Does not have anything other than blankets to help with moving items. The trailer was fine. A truck I picked up from them last month was awful! It definitely needed maintenance. I was charged for gas which I shouldn't have been charged for. Trying to guess how much gas when using a partial tank to start with is not an acceptable expectation!Carol D.

The truck ran very rough - whenever I took my foot off the gas pedal or pressed the brake, the engine revved up really loudly. While driving, it felt like the the emergency brake was on, but it wasn't. When I got the truck, the gas gauge was a little below half, and it was noted that I had half a tank. When I refilled the tank before returning it, I put in what should have been plenty of gas to get it to the half tank point, but the needle was just below it - like when I received it. I didn't want to be charged for gas, so I then put in another gallon, but the needle wouldn't move. I figured it was good enough, and was definitely the same as when I picked it up. When I received my bill, I was charged for 3 gallons of gas (at a very high price). I seriously wonder if this gas gauge is broken and everyone who uses it gets charged for gas. At first I was so pleased to have a U-haul location near to me, but now I'm extremely disappointed after this experience.Julie D.
