The people at this location were awesome. Next time I need a uhaul in Lexington, Kentucky I refuse to rent anywhere but here. Father and daughter team were simply wonderful people. Uhaul is lucky to have the Grahams.

Vehicle had problems. The ordeal we had to experience to get this vehicle was ridiculous (this problem was not the fault of this location).

charged for 3 gallons of gas for going 10.3 miles, at $3.75 per gallon. What a rip off. Plus I was told they had moving straps, but they didn't so I had to run at the last minute somewhere else to buy them. Not satisfied with this transaction.

Easy to work with, when I show up to pick up uhaul, computer was required 2 more contact information... that is the only negative thing I experienced

The location verification was not working when we tried to leave truck! It was late at night I was on hold 49 minutes to speak to a rep! Also my pick up was changed to 3 different locations I do not anticipate any extra mileage charge for this and also I do not think I should be charged a late return fee! Not a good experience!

I rented a 26ft box truck from uhaul it was supposed to be in great shape and supposedly freshly serviced they charged me 338$ for a truck that took 250$ in fuel to travel 108 miles with the truck nearly bouncing off the road from the transmission shifting so hard. Not only that with the contents the truck was hauling it wasn't nearly fully loaded and I was going over small hills with the truck maxing at 10 mph, for those who know what transmission shudder is it was the textbook definition along with a severely slipping transmission which barely allowed me to make it from my point A to point B..... the only positive about the trip was the drop off

Uhaul booked a reservation for me. I requested the Keithshire location, but Erica advised nothing available there and booked the reservation at 235 E. 2nd St. When I arrived at the E. 2nd location, I was information that there was not a truck available and that Erica at Uhaul should have never booked this truck rental from that location. There was no truck available at that location. The guy said there would be one at 3:00. I drove to the other location where I was told there were no trucks and one was available. I had to call and cancel the reservation at 235 E. 2nd and walked in and rented a truck at Keithshire location. Poor, Poor customer service on Uhauls behalf. I should be credited for my time, energy and hassle.

I ordered the truck 2 days in advance. Called the location 2 days in advance and instead of helping to secure a truck, told me I could do this online. Called Uhaul 1-800 number and had excellent customer service. Uhaul called night before pick-up and told me truck had not been set up and I could not pick up truck at 9:00 A.m as scheduled, but would have to pick up at 10:00 when store opened. Got to store at 10:00 and had to wait 15 minutes.

They didn't have the dollies that we reserved. Also, they were not the site that our reservation noted, so we had to spend extra time at a different location to find out we needed to be here when that was never communicated to us.

I assumed the 10' truck I rented, had a pull out ramp. It did not! Would have made moving much easier. Wish I had kown, I would have paid for a ramp.

I scheduled a moving truck 1 month in advance for a 9:00am on June 1st. They call and tell me last minute it will be 12:30 is the new pick up. I go to pick up the truck and its not there and they don't know when it will be back. So I have guys standing around for 4 hours doing nothing because we have not truck. I drive all the way back home and they call and the truck is now back. So we go back to get the truck and go to start loading. Open the truck and the refrig cart isn't in the truck. So we have to drive back to the uhaul place again. I figured if I give Uhaul a month notice I wouldn't have a problem getting a truck on time. The place we picked up the truck at was no help at all.

Well I would like to say that Rachel at Grahams UHAUL was a true professional and she really tried to find a solution for all customers involved in this busy weekend. My rental experience to that point was a disaster, I rented from one location then next day they called and said I needed to go to another location, Got there the day of my rental no trucks. I was rerouted to a location that was impossible to get to before they closed. I was then offered a truck at Graham Uhaul rental. I was late getting the truck back due to on going rain but even at that time Rachel was extremely nice.
