Signs as to where to pick up, can be very confusing. Ordered a dolly, pads and a cart and they were not received, and was important for my move. Very disappointing.Nicholas R.

My whole uhaul experience was a nightmare and I do not appreciate the way I was treated by uhaul as a company - which has nothing to do with the pick up location. The blatant disrespect and disregard for my rental was appalling. I called to complain and was treated like I was nobody. Very very disappointed and angry.Thomas R.
We had an awful experience with communication. First of all w had requested to pick the truck up in Westville which is where we live, didn't happen. Then we had it set up for 3pm pickup somehow got changed to 11am. This location is by the highway, so very easy to access. The attendant at this location was courteous and helpful. I was running late, so I called to let them know I would pick up my truck later than I had scheduled, and they were understanding and waited for me.Maria P.

Took an hour to rent a trailer that I had reserved on-line and used the express on-line check in for. They didn't have the trailer size that I reserved and would not adjust the price.Kelly G.

The address to pick up the truck was incorrect and we had difficulty trying to phone them as our calls all went to a central office who initially would not answer our request for their local phone number. We spent one and a quarter hours in attempting to locate the advertised address before finally receiving the phone number from U-Haul central. Very poor.IRVING C.

The reason I gave a poor rating is because I chose a location that was less than 2 miles away but somehow it got switch to across town of 10 miles away. Other than that everything was greatCHRISTOPHER D G.
It's not the location I felt drop the ball. I asked for a 26 footer and ended up with a 20 ft. truck and a 5 by 8 trailer. It took me two trips and double the gas. If you cannot deliver want a costumer wants you should let them know.LARRY S.

Truck inside the cab smelled so bad when I dropped it off in sturgis, the attendant there said it was the worse ever in 13 years renting U-hauls. It was so bad you had to drive with the windows down everywhere. Service engine light came on also during my haul.KEVIN M.

Still waiting to hear from a billing representative to discuss being over charged for a misinterpreted gas issue. I drove 16 miles and put ten dollars of gas in, then they charged me a 30 refill fee plus 5 gallons at 5 dollars a gallon. Left messages and no one returned my call. Called again and was told I would hear from someone within 72 hours. Its been over a week now. Not impressed with the help I've recieved, and too busy to keep calling. To improve on satisfying future customers you should first improve satisfaction with current customers.josh Y.

The online recomendation for the size I should rent for a one bedroom apartment was wrong! I had to make two trips which cost me $70 dollars for mileage ! It also cost me an extra 1.5 hours for moving helpers. You need to reevaluate your recomendations.Sebrina H.
