Brian at Harmon's is always very helpful! He is always very courteous and makes sure everything is ok before I leave. He does everything that is within his power to make sure my rental goes smoothly. The problem is we went 14 miles and when we got their we were told we used a half tank. That the deposit they would need to keep. The guy is super nice so we went back and put 20 in gas even though the other employee admitted the starting tank was wrong. We were overcharged 20 dollars and the inconvenience of taking it again to put gas in the tank it to be overcharged and deposit kept. Because the other man could not fix it in the system the over charged was 20 plus time taking back out when we went 12 miles. A bit unfair but they are very nice and friendly. I know it was a mistake and UHAUL should fix it.Sarah C.

It was a pleasure dealing with Harmon Auto Repair for my U-haul needs. Sure wish I could have turned in the trailer that I brought up from Florida in June at this location. Instead I was sent to Valparaiso.Jeffrey R.
First of all, this location was 30 minutes from my home and requested pick up location. When I arrived, the 26' truck one way truck I reserved a month in advance for 7am was not there. Further, this location doesn't open until 8am. There was apparently only one 26' one way truck in the ENTIRE CITY OF CHICAGO, and it wasn't returned so I had to drive an HOUR AND A HALF to LA PORTE INDIANA to pick up a truck. I drove 4 HOURS before I could get the truck to my house for movers to load it. I was late and it cost me extra $$$.Andrew M.

Movers Cancelled that I had with you. You did not honor my original quote and said it you could not I would get 50 dollars guarantee. Tried charging me prior-double. I cleaned the back because the claim was if we do you get a 25 dollar credit. I would never EVER rent with you online. The guy the counter was amazing and the only reason I am not giving an awful recommendation is him. He was very nice and helpful a sharp contrast from your actual employees or UHUAL honoring the commitment in any way.Sarah C.

I used the truck share option because I wanted to pick up the truck at 6 am Saturday, and everything went very smooth. I was contacted by Brian the evening before to verify everything. He was very friendly and professional, and even threw in some blankets for free. When I returned the truck, I forgot to close out the rental until I had already left the keys in the drop box. When we picked up our trailer, the worker hooked everything up for us and said the lights were working great. We drove a mile back home and the lights never worked to begin with. 3 of the 4 wires were completely severed. We had to buy new wiring for the trailer and fix it ourselvesJacqueline K.

I was Charged incorrectly by agents at this location. I am still trying to get my account credited the $219.00 charge which was put on the wrong credit card. Very irritating. This is not a good moment to have $200. of my needed cash tied up in the Uhaul sysytem.Bernard W.

your after hours pickup and return are very cumbersome. I truck was on E when I picked it up. I only used it for 4.5 miles and was charged $30 for Fuel Fill-Up Service Fee and $28 for EZ Fuel Sales. When I called to reserve the truck nothing was said about fuel charges and as I had only rented the truck for 1 hour, it did not leave time to gas the truck. There seems to be an issue with the U-Haul corporate software system that hinders the location. I have had this incident at two different locations. The locations are great but the corporate software needs improvement.Mark M.
