An amazing contrast to my experience at A&B Mini Storage in Florence, MS and Big Boyz Toyz in Jackson, MS. Hometown Storage was great. Having A&B Mini Storage and Big Boyz Toyz represent U-Haul is great for your competition. About a month ago I did the same trailer rental through the Pearl, MS facility and that facility represented U-Haul very well. I would never go to the Big Boyz Toyz or A&B Mini Storage facilities ever again.

I have used this location before and received the same fast, courteous service. I would recommend this location for UHaul rental.

To improve your service at my favorite location, please transfer them some equipment. I really enjoy working with the people at Hometown Storage. However, they usually have to beg and borrow from other Uhaul rental places to be able to get equipment for me. And, as far as your policy of having me rent from one location, get there, and find that the equipment is actually at another location is really bad customer service in my opinion. I like Uhaul, and really like the people at Hometown Storage. But, I may consider moving my business away from Uhaul if I keep getting the corporate runaround. The local people are great.

You guys stressed me out a bit when you called the day before to say my pickup location moved 30 miles away from where I had reserved it a month before. They corrected it thankfullly and all was perfect. Thanks.

The personnel had me use a trailer that severely needed repair. The individual told me that a cut ratchet strap on the car hauler was not a problem. Also the brakes on the trailer did not function. I reported this to the drop off location. This trailer was a replacement for the trailer that was guaranteed for the day prior. I was told I would receive a $50 guarantee payment and have not. I tried calling Uhaul customer service and after a very lengthy hold I gave up. I tried initiating a chat session but after an hour long period in which there was no reply I gave up. Very disappointed and bothered by the service and risk I received!

Very friendly. Very efficient. These people really treat the customer well. I have used them, in the past, for trucks, a van, and trailers. They will always be my first choice.
