I had to shovel the trailer out of a large snow bank when I went to pick it up. Trailers should have something on the tongue to assist the customer when trying to attach to the vehicle. Extremely heavy to lift trailer off the ground and up to the hitch.Tim K.

When I made my reservation online I was told it was going to be a certain price and when I got to the location the dealer seriously tried to upcharge me and I did end up paying $15 more than the quoted price also the U-Haul was cleaned but not well maintained I think that the trucks are due for some major transmission repairs luckily I didn't have far to go or I never would have made itHarold E.

When I showed up to drop off, they were closed. The number they had listed on a sign on the door did not work either. I left and went back home to make calls to U-haul to see where they wanted me to take it. During all of the calls, and U-haul trying to call the owner of the drop location, I was late on my return time so U-hauol charged me an extra $20 late Fee. A Late Fee for their drop off person not being there, REALLY!!! I will never recommend U-haul to anyone!!!Anthony G.

Uhaul themselves messed up my reservation. Attendant couldn't process because of that reason. Took 45 minute wait to get figured out. Then they tried to charge me the wrong price. Got uhaul home to load up, opened the doors, full of broken glass and a needle tip. Had to clean first carefully before loading. Didn't have time to complain considering was already an hour behind schedule. Not Hurley Highlands fault, total blame on uhaul themselves.Rachel N.

We picked up what we where moving and as we where moving the stuff into our house a red pickup truck pulled in and said they where from uhaul move and asked if we needed help. This was not a request of ours and really makes me wonder if they where checking to see if anyone was home. I hope you are not giving out peoples personal information without requesting for people to help move. I certainly did not like this at all! We love using uhaul but that is totally unexceptiable! What would they have done if we where not home? Pretty scary!Cory Q.

The employee did not know how to load a car on the auto transport. Then he damaged the side of our van when opening the sliding door. Later we learned that the wheel cover unhooked to go down so people can get out of their vehicle after driving it up. Also, one tire had 10 psi in it. The employee said the auto transport was good to go when it was not. We had to check and add air to all of the tires, the employee just stood there and watched. I do not recommend this location. Nice people but not knowledgeable or experienced.ivy B.
