Stated it's open on Saturday , it wasn't. Light was out on left side of trailer. Very bad experience.MARK DELFINO R.
The one bright spot was the field maintenance supervisor who came to fix the flat, he was outstanding! Excellent service, super friendly, he deserves a raise!George H.

I would have preferred to know in advance that this was a "remote" drop-off. I finally figured out to drop it off-WILLIAM G.

The truck wasn't available at the time of pickup despite reservation ahead of time. There were NO other trucks available because no one had returned it in time. Had to drive 50 mins x 2 to another city to pick up a truck at 9am (new reservation) even though location doesn't open til 10am so had to wait in the car in the heat. Overall, the experience was terrible.MOON P.
Dissatisfied with minimum miles offered. Travelled directly to turn-in location and was charged .40 per mile for extra miles travelled.LOUIS M.
Nothing at this location, she was very pleasant and polite and professional, I'll come back to rent again when needed thank you 😊TONY I.
Charged me $10.00 for clean up and it was as clean as I got it. Gas charge was a excessive per galloon $9 or $10 per gallon cant remember. My fault should of put gas in it but was tired but double per gallon is excessive.THEODORE S.

Uhaul dropped the ball from start to finish. I reserved a 4x8 trailer 4 weeks in advance of our home move. I was going to be driving 360 miles round trip every day for 4 days straight and was relying on the trailer rental to keep the cost of movers to an absolute minimum. 3 days before pickup, I got a call from u-haul saying their reservation system is not accurate, there might not be a trailer for me, they wouldn't be able to confirm until the day before the rental, and it might be up to 200 miles away. If the trailer wasn't going to be available this was going to leave me in a really bad position. they offered a $50 credit. Aparently this is SOP for Uhaul but it was the first I'd ever heard of it. thankfully the trailer was available. The trailer was fine, but the guys who hooked it up didn't attach the safety chains correctly. Easy fix for me, but they should know better. At the end of the rental, I go to the drop off location u-haul gave me only to find that it no longer existed. Literally an empty grass lot and the business long gone. Thankfully there was another location near by... which was closed. 25 min on hold with Uhaul only for the line to ring and then go dead. Called back, 16 more min on hold until luckily the owner of the business randomly came by (this was on a Sunday.) They were able to process the return. Called Uhaul on my 3 hour drive back. 27 min hold time. Along with that, the charges were incorrect, they'd added an extra day, and had no idea about the $50 credit. they ended up fixing the charge and crediting the $50 but not before a lot of back and forth. To make up for the drop off location mistake (they tried to say I went to the wrong location, which I firmly corrected them on as it was in writing) they offered a $25 credit towards my next rental. I appreciated it but asked if it could be applied to the current rental as I have no plans to use Uhaul again if at all possible. They refused and I declined to accept the credit as I did not want it to look as if the problem had been solved. Aside from the trailer working as it should, every part of this experience with Uhaul was terrible.Tarquin T.
The truck smelled like nothing but smoke and was dirty. There were no clear directions on how to get the keys for the truck. The office was empty and locked (during business hours) and we had to spend over an hour waiting and calling uhaul.Jason C.
