I picked it up and the gentleman said lights were good and so was the tires. I was going 1200 miles. after getting it half loaded found out one tire was bald and metal threads showing. Plus next morning found out turn lights were NOT working. UHaul did send someone right away to fix tire thank you for that.

TERRY HWhere do I begin, this is my 2nd time going to this location and found out that the truck that I had reserve online was not at the location. First time someone didn't return it and then last rental at the location the truck had been taken. The owner of the I need a Mattress when above and beyond to contact u-Haul to figure out what needed to happen. I ended up speaking with a representative who book another reservation 30 minutes away, which added additional mileage, gas and time. I was now and hour behind with the movers that hired to help move my 70 year old mother into her apartment. The agent offered a $50.00 credit and claimed she would submit a request for the additonal mileage, gas and loss of time on my end. But as of today I've heard nothing about this claim nor have I've been contacted by uhaul.
DORTHELIA BThe checkout was easy. The trailer was in excellent condition and was exactly what I needed. Jay showed me every part of the hookup to my truck and it was safely connected. Definitely would recommend getting your rentals from here.
