Overall experience was terrible. My first reservation was not there and I had to be sent to the is location. I couldn't use the 24-7 service on my cell phone like it said so I had to download the app. I was on a time crunch and this entire process made me late.Chris T.
Location was very dark after hours. I had trouble with dropping off truck to return truck online. 40 min wait on 800 number and no one at location answered. Left truck after walking around in the pitch dark, getting eaten by A Lot of inscects, and dropped keys, and took pics everywhere but Could not return truck until morning when someone was at office.Geeta W.

I reserved a truck and a dolly at the location down the road. I get there and they tell me they have nothing for me. My Uhaul brakes was bad, I had to pump them before coming to a complete stop. The truck itself shook the entire time, the engine light was and stayed on. Other than that, it was safe, successful move. ThanksMichelle L.

The truck was clean however it did break down on us. There was a coolant leak and the truck overheated and could not be fixed. We were able to get a different truck the next morning. Except for the truck issues, we had great service and easily got the help we neededChristine B.

The truck appeared well maintained, and I had no issues with my drive. I went over 100 miles with no unexpected issues. The vehicle was fair on MPGs. The instrument cluster reported an average of around 8-9MPGs, which is fair for such a large truck (20 foot box). I used it to move various household goods and furniture. I would rent from U-Haul again, as I have only rented trucks twice with them, and both experiences were positive.ROGER P.

Vehicle broke down on interstate. Had to wait 4 hours because had to "stay with vehicle." Truck threw a rod because no oil. THEN when asking about my prepaying for mileage that I didn't actually drive, got charged MORE for not filling the tank with gas! It was towed!!! And I was stranded for 4 hours!!!Mark K.
Customer service was lacking - the lady at the front counter was cranky. Wasn't very pleasant to talk to. When I returned the truck, I greeted her in the parking lot and she said "just drop the key off in the door, I'm done for the day.SHERI M.

truck with 127k miles front end so worn out unable to keep the vehicle in one lane while driving - truck needs to be repaired or removed from service rented 4 wheel dolly - all 4 wheels had rubber tread falling off so dolly was unusable - i rented it because i needed it - refunding my rental was not appropriate - i NEEDED the dolly for my move and was forced to do without - obviously not inspected before rented 2 wheel dolly that we rented looked like it was purchased from harbor freight and left in a lake for a year - totally rusted - not rental qualityStreve B.

The experience was intuitive and good overall. I have only a couple of minor suggestions: 1) This location needs to verify that their phone number listed on Google Maps is still intact. I tried calling it twice during open hours, but it only rang with no one answering. 2) I think the process of the initial inspection of the equipment could use some more clarity. The pictures of the equipment online were too low quality to discern where actual prior damages had occurred (i.e. I could not see the Xs marked in the picture of the vehicle). It might be useful to have, for example, an interactive diagram of the vehicle that shows where the Xs are, and the user can mark the location of previously unidentified Xs. Altogether, though, the experience of making the reservation and picking up the rental was intuitive. I did not use the mobile app so can't comment on it. Thanks for the rental!Joshua M.

The manager was overwhelmed and gave me s truck that had a dirty driver cabin. When I asked if she would clean it she said that she would blow it out. With COVID-19 we should have sanitized the vehicle.Cedrick M.
