An extremely frustrating and awful experience. First of all, you got the most basic thing wrong. I booked a 9' van at 3 PM on a Sunday for a mobile pickup. I reached the location on my time and the van was nowhere to be seen in the parking lot. I tried to sign in and follow the steps to get the van and it showed me a message that I'm scheduled for a hand pick up which didn't make sense at all. Apparently the van I booked was double booked and I had no information about it. I had to wait an hour just to get a replacement truck and talk to two customer service agents who just put me on hold after every 30 seconds and asked for 1000 different verifications. In the end, my moving was delayed by over an hour because of the mess you guys created. I also didn't get the trolly that I had booked because the truck I got didn't have any trolly in it, hence making the whole moving process more difficult. I only selected this location because it was closer to my place, and I still got late because of this mishap. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.Jay R.
The person who attended did not know the system well, took a long time to deliver the vehicle, did not attend correctly the requests and in general did not have a good attitude with the customer. It was my first time I contracted with U-Haul and I did not have a good experience. On the other hand, when I made the reservation I paid 120 dollars (taxes included), then you called me to change the pick up place and you told me that now the cost was 90 dollars (taxes included), and that you were going to return me the difference. However, I only saw that they returned 7 dollars, which does not make sense.Nicolas L.

This neighbour hood dealer ship is a garbage. No respect to customer, No customer service at all, No courtesy. Go to hell. It is a shame to whole U-haul organization. Please send some one from your Phoenix, Arizona office to teach customer service to Canadian counterparts. Not once, I faced same situation twice. I never expect you will correct this. Every rep should be friendly and quick as the rep at this store. The others yhat aerved me always seem to have to deal with something new they're unfamiliar with and are slow as molasses resolving it. The guy at this store knows what needs done and gets the vehicle in or out like a genie.Tony B.
The staff person who helped us was friendly, and the whole experience was quite easy. We didn't have any clearance issues while driving (15' truck, 11' clearance required), but would have felt more comfortable if there was a map or list of roads not to take so we could have made sure our route would work ahead of time.Lindsey A.
My overall experience was less than pleasant. Due to the 2hr delay in getting my equipment. It put my entire trip behind and causing many extra expenses due to late arrivals at all points. I DO NOT recommend this location for anyone looking to conduct timely business. But if you have ....this is the place to go.Paul H.
This location was advertised as having an after hours pick up but does not actually offer this service. My reservation was changed from 9am picking up the truck before they opened to a 10am face to face pick up without my knowledge. I was never contacted about the change prior to showing up at the U-Haul office. I would not recommend this location to anyone. There were about 5 other people that all had their reservations bumped by 1 hour that same day. They pissed a lot of people off.Nicolas T.

Great customer service. I had my reservation for online pick up. As soon as I started processing the pick up on my phone two employees showed up; I guess they were going for a coffee or something after they closed the store. They saw me, opened the store and offered to help me with the pick up. I told them that I have an online pick up but they insisted to help me with process anyways. Location was fine but was not my original location original location was South Etobicoke and it was my worst nightmare and furthermore I spoke to U-Haul at least 30 times that day as I originally had a 26 foot truck then it took me down to a 20 foot truck and then they were trying to force a 15 foot truck on me your customer service U-Haul ruined my mom cost me extra moneyTommy S.

Hi there, I hope your day went well and please, I know this is not your personal fault but instead the companies; however: I am really unsatisfied with my service on Sunday, March 20th moving from Etobicoke to Minden. First The worker on the phone said there was no 20' moving trucks available which is what I needed. Then they scheduled a 15' moving truck and told me the only location I could pick it up was in Milton. So then I go to Milton on the 20th, get to that facility and they have no idea what is happening and inform me that my truck is in Oakville instead. Then I travel to Oakville and they tell me that AGAIN there is no truck there and my truck is in Etobicoke (where I'm moving from)! That means that I did this over 2 hour detour only to find out that this was all for nothing and the truck is located in the same city where I initially left from! This wasted gas on my vehicle, and gas is ridiculous right now, and added two hours of unnecessary work onto an already super stressful experience, all because of blatant system wide company disorganization. Then to only find out the worker can only take off 50$ off from a 500$ bill when the truck was only used for ONE DAY! Please am I able to be compensated or would you be able to refund my money for this horrible experience? I never usually complain but this has a lasting impression on your company. I waited 2 hours for the person in charge of the location to arrived. All my day was shifted 2 hours so I was in trouble and 2 hours behind of my schedule. Also, the truck was not well maintained as when I as driving on the highway I noticed that there was not windshield liquid so was very dangerous to drive in a snow day. The operator hand dug out the cargo trailer trapped in a snow bank, happily. It made renting from this retailer seem like my happiness was of paramount importance. I had been turned away from another location as they did not feel that they needed to release their rental cargo trailers from the snowbank!JOHND B.
