ARCHAVETTE WThe reservation’ was not in the system or they didn’t see it, had to be put in my dad’s name or mother in law. It put us way off schedule. This was supposed to be easy and strolling and it was not.. we have to use y’all in two weeks. And have used yall a lot. This was the worst ever!!
michale wWe could not get the 24 blankets that we reserved because they didn’t have them and the few they offered were filthy. They were not prepared for our visit and had to locate the dolly which was being used by the shop.

Doreen DI reserved 26 ft truck at 909 Leonard c. Taylor Pkwy in Green cove springs 2 weeks in advance online then a week from my reservation I called the location just to make sure the truck would be available and was assured the truck would be there and ready to go and I could give her a call in case of any issues. The day of my rental I arrive at the dealer and there's a line of 26 foot trucks however when I call her she let's me know that none of them are available and uhual has rented mine out to someone else and I will have to go to Orange Park to get one of I still want it this put me 2 hours behind and added 20 miles to my mileage. This is the third time this has happened the second time I was so upset I just cancelled and moved with a friend's trailer. Why is this happening and why was I charged a second rental fee of 40 dollars if I already paid 130 initially I feel like I'm being not only ripped off but taken advantage of
James JMaybe have some more of an assortment of wiring hook up adaptors for lights for older vehicles that are going be towing trailers and transport trailers.

Fredda MI rented a trailer for a one way rental to Ohio. It CAME OFF THE HITCH!!! Thankfully the chains kept it from separating from the vehicle completely.
Victor KHi There- we met the owner and he was very nice, however, the place needs to be cleaned up and organized. Some trash pick-up and sweeping would really benefit the overall appearance.
LIA GAC would not cool down until 10-15 minutes after every time I stopped to eat or get gas. About 15 minutes before I got home the AC went out again but the next day when I started the truck the AC worked. Not sure why it on and off that way but with the heat this time of year from Florida to Texas with a 75 year old lady this was not a good ride.
RICKY Mtell the truth! be open when you say you are. listen to the customer when they say they do not want insurance. do not tell customer they can drop off at any location, then lock them in to one place to return equipment. i paid an extra $43 because you did not listen and lied to the customer

Paul BLocation was fine, however I’ll never use U-Haul again, I was charged for an extra day over 4 hours past drop off, I was charged for fuel when I put fuel back In it. I could understand prorating me for the extra 4 hours but not a whole day. And not to mention I chose $15 coverage and was charged $30
