Michael T.Jamison collision was great but, this was my 2nd pick up for day. 1st one at Church street Lansdale offer me 10 ft but it had a very obvious nail/screw in the tire. They did a good job finding me another rental (Jamison) but cost me 2 hours as it was 35 min out of the way. Thank you Jamison Collision

Rose J.It took approx an hour to get thru the process to get the truck, bc the owner talked with each customer about his new posters, wondered who I reminded him of, talked about what to order for lunch, chatted with the person behind me in line, etc, etc, all while his mask was pulled off his mouth and nose. The truck was clean and drove just fine although it was covered in graffiti. The owner was very nice to mark each tag so I would not be liable. He was a very nice guy, I just could not get the truck and get the heck out of there. Our friends were waiting to help us load. It was maddening.
Cynthia B.Very disappointed how the reservation is handled with U-haul/location. If I make a reservation at a location I want, that where I want it to be. If I call for a rental, just tell me you do not have it for my day. I over looked the info in the Updated email sent to me about pick up location change because, TO ME, its not at the top of the email.... at the bottom. And I fell its done for a reason. This location was not where I would rent from only because it is out of the way for this day pick up and drop off. Also had trouble with my online check in... do not care for Uhaul way. Don't know what to do if I need a rental next time.

Tom M.my pick up time was 2 pm which was scheduled by uhaul. hat time was not convenient for me so after 1 hour my contract was cancelled by email. When I got to the pick up site the rep didn't initially have my original contract info and tried to initiate a new contract with totally different rates and allowed mileage. Finally, after much frustration the secretary in the office said "Oh, here is the contract info." and then after 45 minutes I was on my way. If I allowed it I would have been charged an increased rate and mileage.

BOB G.Our experience was horrible. We were given a truck that had a damaged wheel, then were charged over $200 for damage that we did not do!! The manager "Bob" has yet to resolve this issue. I would never recommend this rental company to anyone. Extremely dissatisfied with our experience.

Fortunately it was not far but still an inconvenience. The second location, Jamison, was very clean and neat and they treated me well. Still an inconvenience overall.

Rob B.I received an invoice this morning with an additional $8.00 fuel charge which I do not agree with. I did not bother to dispute it since it was only an issue of 1/8 of a tank, however, to avoid this type of dispute, you should fill the tank and require it to be full when returned. There is too much wiggle room when reading a gas gauge to charge someone for less than 1/8 of a tank of gas. I will say that there is no way that tank need 3+ gallons to bring it to what UHaul is saying it needed.
