For some reason my information and store information was not the same from mobile app. Manager claimed that he didn't have the same information I had and I didn't receive a trailer like I had reserved for that day. Make sure call this store before you use it.Billy B.
Gentlemen wasn't there when we went to return the trailer which is perfectly fine, however the jack used to lift it off our hitch that he had was nowhere accessible so that we could remove it from our hitch. We got very lucky that some other folks dropping off had a jack that worked well enough to help us get it off so we could leave.JACOB C.

There was a broken table leg still in the van from the last customer. The vehicle was all over the road because the front end of the vehicle is worn out. The truck is in need of major front end work. It likely needs ball joint, tie rods, steering links and such.D U.

When I dropped off my keys after hours in the lock box, they had left the keys in the box. If I was a dishonest person, I could've opened the lock box and taken the keys to the other uhaul parked there. I took the keys out of the lock box and put them in their mail slot that went inside the door. It didn't make me feel great about leaving my uhaul.Ashley P.

I called J&B auto sales about 815am to make sure they would be open by 9am which was our scheduled pick up time because their website said they were not open on Saturday's until 10am.. when he answered he said yes and asked if we could come earlier than 9am I said I could try to be there by 830-845. Not sure what the guys name was at JB auto sales because he didn't even introduce himself in person or on the phone but he was not very customer service oriented. If you would ask a question he wouldn't even make eye contact and acted like we were a bother. When he asked us which place we were dropping it off at I explained to that the U-haul website wouldn't let me put in a closer location to where we moved which was to Peebles, Ohio â€¦ he stated that he thought there was a U-Haul location in Peebles because he was from Peebles, ohio or closer than Hillsboro and that he would change it in the computer that the customer was unsure of drop off location. He didn't do thatâ€¦ so I made a phone call too Graceful pastures who stated that we could drop it off there. Overall I would never recommend J&B auto sales for U-Haul Rental.Jess N.

There was a bag of weed in the glove department. When we told the gentlemen he was not all surprised! Instead he asked us how much was there and if we smoked it. I'm glad i found it before my daughter did. They charged my account the day i picked it up and then took more three days after I returned it. Its definitely not worth the price or the trouble.. I now have to try and figure out how to get the money they took out the second time back!Dakota C.
The proprietor of this establishment truly understands the importance of exceptional customer service. I picked the truck up on a very cold 23* or so day with 4-5" of snow on the ground and he already had the truck running with the heat on and ready to go. THAT is how you do things. There was a problem from the start. I reserved the vehicle and there was not an indicator that the rental had to be through the App and signed out via App. I called JB uhaul and the person that answered the phone had terrible phone skills at best. Talking with this person was infuriating. He kept talking over me and did not listen. I would not use this uhaul site again unless I had no choice at all. I had to call the Dayton office and Jason answered. He was very helpful and made the rest of the transaction worth while. The office looks like a shed. I wouldn't know what the inside was like as they were closed at 1130 am on a Thursday.William S.
When a person makes a reservation. Follow through and actually have a vehicle at the site. This wasn't the local show issues it was a corporate Uhaul issue. Versus having to driving 25 minutes of the way to get one at another location. Highly dissatisfied with that.Leonard D.

Customer service at this location is great. The Uhaul site and had issues with my reservation that the site manager fixed for me. My only complaint is that I had to clean out the last renters trash.Dylan M.
The ramp lock pin was worn out and the ramp came down while I was driving through construction so i could not pull over and just had to drive like that for 5 miles. Also i was not asked if i wanted towing coverage but was billed for it. I thought it was optional since i was already insured by my insurance.marvin L.

Trailer was very dirty with stone, had to take the trailer home to sweep it out. Was also disappointed that the smaller motorcycle trailer I reserved was swapped for a larger much heavier trailer which greatly affected my gas mileage and ease of use.Steve W.

Attitude of owner/agent. I reserved Auto transport for 1200 02 Sept 2018. Called to inform agent we were 15 minutes away, he then informed us he rented the transport at 1000. He had called my home phone to tell us the trailer was rented. We had already driven 75 miles and not at home.Why do you even have reservations if they are rented before you arrive?? You reserve something so it will be there, not rented..After sitting on side of road on phone with customer service, he called back to say transport was returned at 230 pm. Went ahead and rented as we had no choice, I'm done with Uhaul unless you make this right.Morris A.
