The staff here went above and beyond to help me get the truck. The Uhaul experience using mobile pickup was the absolute worst. The mobile order wouldn't process and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. When I finally did and was able to move forward, I was then once again held up by the mobile system. Finally, with the help of the staff at the store being on the phone with Uhaul, I was able to get the truck, but the mobile pickup process never completed. What should have been a 15 minute (at best) process ended up being a 1.5 hour process. If I had had another option, I would have taken it.

People at all locations were very nice and helpful… But you're on line service and people answering the phone is a joke… No one will answer the phone you're put on hold and when you get someone they don't know what you're talking about… We had a flat tire and had to go to one of your service centers to get it repaired were initially told to go online for roadside Service but my phone would not connect to that and I could get no one to answer the phone after a more than two hour delay someone there finally helped us would not want to use your service again due to this

It took me 30 minutes to get my rental truck. the problem when you do this at a gas station and they only have 1 attendant getting your rental goes on the back burner. They constantly stop working on your rental to ring up customers that want to purchase an item in the store.

My initial pick up place was a joke. Was told I can pick it up at 8am. I get there and they have that truck blocked in by another vehicle in their used car lot. Thankfully Jeffreys had some.

Need more staff that are trained to lease vehicles. When we returned the truck, the attendant could only write down the mileage and fuel amount. I had to return the next day to get my receipt and make sure everything was cleared. Attendant that day could not work the system either. Had to call someone that was trained/authorized to find out how to get me a receipt.

The location was nice, my issue was with the pickup time selection on the website. When I completed the order it let me select 07:00 as a pickup time, but the actual location did not allow for pickup until the gas station opened at 09:00 on Sundays. It would be helpful if pickup time options were limited to the open hours of the facility.

The tires were not filled with air so please check before leaving the property. There was a dashboard notification that came on to indicate which tire needed air.

The ac in truck barely worked. And couldn't get my deposit back until next day because only employee that knows how to do uhaul stuff leaves at 2pm daily. Had to drive 50 mins one way to get my money back.

No one checked that the lights were working when I picked up the trailer I drove 792 miles and no lights on the trailer. My friend and I couldn't make them work. The check in agent said the problem was with my car harness. Ford's better idea!

I have used U-haul several times. this location had terrible customer service. When I checked the U-haul out, the attendant at the service station did not show me which truck it was, she just handed me the key. I had to figure it out on my own. I did not get a receipt and I did not have to sign anything. The gas was at 1/4 of a tank. I drove the U-haul 17.5 miles round trip. The truck was brought back at 1/4 tank. when I turned the keys in the man at the counter said "OK, they will e-mail you a receipt. I asked if he need to check the truck he said he would do it later. When I got the email receipt, I noticed they charged me for gas. I called to dispute it, but got the run around. They said I could come and check the gas level, but by the time I got there the truck was gone. I would not recommend renting from Jeffrey's II in Youngsville NC.

Reserved a hand truck and 24 furniture pads along with a 15 ft Truck. The truck was available, however no hand truck was available, and only 12 furniture pads could be located.

Train your personnel, so they know what they are doing, so the customer will not have to wait for a long period of time, we have things to do and a lot of miles to drive and we're not getting these things from you guys for free.

I made a reservation for a 9 foot van, when I went to pick up, the worker would not let me have the van, because I did not want to return it to the location. I had, stated this is my order when I spoke to a representative on the phone for conformation. I had to go to 3 different locations to finally get a vehicle. It took 2 hours. I know this review will mean nothing, but it was a horrible experience. I doubt I will use uhaul, ever again.

My original location selected for PU I was told the 2 days before didn't actually have the equipment necessary. We were then sent to a location 10 miles away and upon PU day did not even have the dolly or pads we paid for. We then called and found a location w the dolly and pads but only the 26ft truck. We were supposed to be given the 26ft truck for the same Price for 20ft for all our troubles and have now actually been charged twice! Once for the original order and again for the 26ft truck. This entire experience has been a disorganized mess and no one has stepped up to help resolve the issue take care of us as customers.

Had a terrible experience with this location twice in one weekend on two different rentals. Not all of their staff is trained on the system so they told us to “go somewhere else or come back tomorrow” Luckily customer service for the corporate uhaul office is wonderful and made everything right for us. Will never use this location again and will go elsewhere for future.

Staff needs to be trained on Uhaul, not just the owner. I had to convince the clerk that my quick pickup via app was legit and she didn't have to wait for the owner to arrive. Last time, I had to wait 45 minutes for the owner to arrive!

The dolly was damaged (bracket was separated). I thought that was the way it was built since I did not examine it at time of rental... When I returned it, the Jacksonville store showed me the damage. (We actually did not use the dolly because a lot of helpers showed up, and we hired some teenagers who are going on a mission trip)

I did online checking out. Got there the printer would not work so to 40 minutes. Finally just took a picture with her phone. The truck had something wrong with it it vibrated.

The printer was not working at pickup. We had no clue what was expected on mileage, etc. When I turned in the truck the location was very quick to add additional charges, for fuel, excessive mileage etc. This is not acceptable. We had no printed proof of anything!

Took forever to check out and to return the truck--over an hour each time. The truck was dirty. Had to clean it before I could use it. Was charged insurance when I declined it. Was told someone would be there when I scheduled my pick up time. Was told I needed to return the next day, but when I explained that I was assured someone would there, they had to go find someone to check me out. The computer is old and very slow. Overall, a very bad bad UHaul experience.

Have people who can actually rent a uhaul truck, have the truck available and don't make the customer drive to 3 different uhaul rental agents. I have been using uhaul for years and this was the worst service ever. I was in disbelieve!!! Very very unsatisfied!!!!!!

keep your computer updated so you can print out return reciepts at the time of return. the clerk could not access uhaul from your computer system. she had to process our return from her phone. she was very nice and she emailed us a receipt. i was still not happy with her not being able to access the computer.

The agent had a difficult time accessing the uhaul site. The check-in time took 30 minutes - longer than I thought. The agent was doing her best and we eventually got on the road.

We first went to Louisburg Motor to rent the trailer we hooked it up. Went to the location to load the car guess what only one ramp. Louisburg NC plus we were not informed before we went that when paying cash we had to leave an additional fifteen dollars plus the sixty. Went back to Louisburg and they located another car trailer at Jefferys 2 and where very satisfied what I don't understand is who checks out the equipment before someone uses it or when it is returned it turned out to be more costly then we expected going back and forth.

Staff explained nothing about the uhaul experience. I would have incurred a late fee due to her failure to explain anything about the process. No words were exchanged by her, just keys. She didn't even have me sign the contract. Probably not the best idea to have 1 person handling gas station service as well as a uhaul business at the same time.

I would not recommend U-haul to anyone. This rental was a total misfit and cost me time and gas. Poor communications and do not care attitudes was found to be at the location that I visited with the exception of NC

Note, we had to drive 35 miles to this location for pick up because the truck that was reserved for us was rented out to someone else. This ruined all of our plans since we were up from Altanta to move furniture for family. Uhaul overall was not helpful. This location was fine.

The people at Jeffrey's 2 (pick up) and Jeffrey's 1 (drop off) were not happy to see us asking to rent a truck. We were obviously a distraction from their primary business. There was no walk through to check the condition of the truck or agreement with the ticket. At drop off, the odometer disagreed with the trip ticket. Mike, from U-haul, who was brought in by phone, was pleasant and successful as he helped us resolve the problem. We have used U-haul from time to time. It has been a good experience in the past. Jeffrey's, however, was a very disappointing experience

I came into the store and I was the only customer there and she service of the customers before me but yet I was there and everybody around me was more important than me who was there first my understanding you prioritize your customers first come first serve
