I've been double charged both my credit card I used in the store to pay for the equipment was charged and now my debit card I put in at reservation and OPTED NOT TO USE has been charged as well.Matthew J.

This site needs to be inspected. It is a hole. Could not possibly meet uhaul specs and is quit frankly unfit to be associated with uhaul. A mess around the building. Broken windows, missing windows, plywood boards on some wi dows. I have pictures to share. I would remove this site from uhaul ASAPAdam H.

Gas in truck to be on full. Truck was on E. Customer service at Regional Office in High Point, NC Was horrible. Spoke with CSR Benita. She was ride and not able to assist me eith returning the truck location due reservations was picked up from a remote location by error. The CSR Dayshia.(schedule reservations) very nice and helpful, but schedule uhual return back to same location when requested to be dropped off in Greensboro, NCChaka B.

Equipment was in excellent shape. It worked fine. The "service" provided by the office was not. My appointment for my reservation made two days in advance was for 9 a.m. According to the website & U-Haul, that is when they open. When I arrived at 9:05, the lights were out and doors locked. Signage at the door stated opening time 10 a.m. I left and returned at 10. The office person was there and completed my rental quickly and efficiently. As I got ready to leave, she stated that she worked elsewhere nearby instructing me to "leave the dolly where you picked it up if [she] wasn't there" when I returned it. Sure enough, no one present when I returned the dolly at 2:30 p.m. My receipt didn't get completed until another two business days passed. I've used this dealership before and was pleased. I'd like to see them succeed because they're in my neighborhood. That said, it appears they're now attempting to staff two locations with one individual running back and forth. That won't work. The numerous negative reviews about them point to the fallacy of that plan. I hope they reconsider their ill-advised staffing plan or install some remote communications equipment to allow immediate response to their potential customers.J William H.
Worst U-Haul location I've ever been to. I went to pick up the vehicle and no one was there during regular posted business hours. Will not use this location again, ever. U-Haul customer service was excellent. They fixed my problem, switched U-Haul's and got me a key all while the U-Haul site was unresponsive.AARON S.

My truck was supposed to be set up for pickup without contact at 8 am. I was not able to reach the customer service for over an hour. We left the location to return at 10 when the door said they would open.they were not there at 10:20 We received a call from the call center telling us that we were not properly set up.Scott E.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME going to this location. They will charge you unnecessary charges because they can & then will send you to a different company to dispute the charges THEY charged. I did a self check in for my return & was a still charged the $20 inconvenience fee as if they completed my return, not to mention I was double charged for 4 dolly's & only rented 2. Also they took over a week to take out the initial charges for the uhaul & then tried to charge my card without my permission. Don't waste your time or money. If I could give zero stars I would for lack of communication & unorganization.Teriqua W.

No one was there. I was scheduled to drop off the truck on Memorial Day, but dropped it off the Saturday before instead. Before doing so, I checked the locations website to ensure they were open. They were not. I called Uhaul for help with the app to complete drop off online. My call was dropped by the representative, and I received no call back. This was a very frustrating experience, and I'm very disappointed. Uhaul does so many good things, which is why this experience was such a let-down.John T.

Take down your signs that imply that your property is a legitimate rental location. Apply for a real phone number that is really in service. My hold time on the phone was18 minutes. Might not seem too long but I was sitting in a really schetchy area . Stick to what you do best, working on your personal cars and trucks and leave the moving rentals to the professionals.Michael M.

Have the correct hour of operation for the store. My reservation was for 5:45 pm and the place closed at 5. The staff , they were smoking hookah and drinking beer when u got there. Also returned trailer on day of return and did not get checked in until almost a week later. Horrible dealer.EDWARD W.
Great representative who helped me out. They did not have the truck i rented but they gave me another one that was larger for the same price. My only issue is the truck had 1/16 tank of gas and i had to find a gas station right away to get the truck filled up. There should be more gas to start the rental.TODD G.

I was coming from Charlotte, NC to High Point, NC to move my belongings from a storage unit down to Charlotte. I was running behind schedule. I called at 10 o'clock to the Uhaul location in High Point to let them know that I was running late and would be there, instead of at 11 o'clock as specified on my contract, at 12 or 12:30. The gentleman assured me that that was perfectly fine, that they would definitely still be there. When I arrived at 12:10 p.m., there was no one at the property. It was closed! Luckily a few moments later a gentleman showed up who worked there. He did not speak very good English but was able to understand that I had a reservation and had spoken with someone earlier in the day who had assured me that I could come and pick up my Uhaul. He called the owner and put me on the phone with the owner. The owner told me to go ahead and take the truck but I refused since I had not paid for it yet. He told me I could go online and do so but I have never done that and did not know how. He said that he would be there in 10 minutes. It took him about 20 in all actuality. We, my 2 friends and I waited inside. The truck had damage that was not documented to the exterior of the "mom's attic". The inside of the cab was not clean. The inside of the windshield was dirty and when it got dark out it made it hard for me to see out of. The truck had so little gas in it that it was less than an 8th of a tank of gas. We immediately had to leave the location and drive directly to a gas station to get gas. Luckily, Uhaul gave me $20 off my contract to pay for having to go and get gas. The owner was very friendly and so was his employee.Billie G.
