Location was hard to find it showed it was up the road when it wasn't and showed the name of the place but was different from the actual place with no visible signs could use better advertisement to find the location better

They advertise after hours drop off but when you get there the sign on the door says NOT to leave anything there you didn't pick up there and there's no key drop off. There's a number posted you can call that says they are available 24/7 but they do not answer or return calls. So I was standing outside trying to get it all straightened out with UHaul at 2:30 am in 15 degree weather. Do NOT use this location.

Didnt walk out to the truck with me. Didnt inspect the truck. Wasnt shown which one to recieve. Wouls not recommend.

We were surprised to get a call from the shop owner to pick up the truck over an hour earlier. It worked out fine, but required several phone calls to notify all the movers about the change. The shop owner was nice. Easy return that evening.

I've been renting trucks for well over 3 years and this was by far the worse experience I've ever encountered renting a truck. I was on the phone for hours. Representatives had different answers while others had no idea. I finally got the impression that it was my fault that unbeknown to me that I went online to rent a truck after truck rentals had been suspended but was given a confirmation number. I appreciate getting one I just wish that the people on different levels knew what was going on. I also wish that each representative would have typed in everything that happened instead of being made to feel like I was making things up or lying.

Rude sales agent. Owner/sales person had an attitude, i had an appointment for 11 am and shop did not open until 11.10 am. During the entire transaction the gentleman acted like he did me a favor.

Make sure your trucks are actually road Worthy. I've driven Simi trucks for a living and I had a hell of a time keeping your 26 foot truck on the road.

Vehicle was very nasty. So nasty I had to drive it with the windows downs. I didn't get what I wanted either. I booked a 10 foot truck and had to pay more for a larger truck. The website guarantee me the truck I wanted.

I used the Uhaul online service and reserved a 17' truck from the listed business. When I arrived the truck was leaving and they tried to give me 26' truck that would not fit into the small space where my household goods were stored. It turns out this is common for them to do to keep your business when they don't have what you need. I ended up losing hours towards an already behind project and ended up across town in a cargo van. So, instead of one trip I had to make five in order to get all of my things. Terrible!!

Nice facility, nice welcoming staff, nice clean equipment. Facility went and picked up equipment to cover my reservation at last minute notice and I call that excellent customer service. If I could I would give 10 Stars ?

I wasn't aware that I was only able to pick up and deliver the uhaul on the app, I called into customer service 3 times before I could get any help, 1st call the guy could help was transferred a few times then was dis connected. 2ND call was a lady who hung up on me. Then finally the 3rd call was a very helpful guy who stayed on the phone until the process was completed took about 50 mins on the phone.

Truck lights inside cargo area didn't work, making the move at night very difficult. Truck was also dirty on the inside, but was told I'd get charged $25 if didn't sweep it out? Why am I cleaning up someone else's mess??? Other than those issues, everything was fine. Had to extend my rental another day, but everything was returned in same condition.

Make sure its cleaned out as far as smoke and ashes. Not everyone smokes including myself so the smell was a little disturbing otherwise everything worked and i had a smooth moving experience.

We reserved a 6x12 covered trailer at the Treasure Chest location. A person from uhaul called just before it was time for our pick up and told us the trailer was not available at that location and they found another location at 1027 N Wilson Rd. They also said on completion of my transaction they would issue a $50 credit to my account. When I got to the location the had the trailer but did not have the appliance dolly I has also reserved. They tried to find one for me but could not. We now have to reschedule our reservation for next week. Can you tell me how we can still receive the $50 credit that was offered?

The equipment have one strap broke and I trust the employee, when I put the car on I see the strap but I makes the strap work with other one I have my truck. I very mad because if the equipment is not in condition why rented.

This was the location we were given after we tried to find the original drop off location of Alliance Printing; the GPS couldn't find by name or address (wasted mileage looking for non-existent Alliance Printing: 22), putting me within 2 miles of my allotted mileage. This location was easy to find and the GPS new exactly where it was.
