When returning the vehicle to a jammed lot, they told us (in a very nasty manner) to go to another location due to lack of room. We had just arrived in town and had no idea where they were sending us. Another employee did come out of the office and took possession of the truck.

Dont lose the trailer and try to send customer to another location after driving an hour just to get to this one.

was too rushed to enter data in correctly. even thou I said destination was another city/state, they used the local city, and I was told it would not matter. Then when I dropped off, was faced with a wrong drop off location fee.

I got charged for the truck not being clean $25. I swept out the back of that truck myself to avoid any kind of charge. I would like to know what was not clean and why the charge!!

Seems to be a new location. The owner is constructing a customer area and will have a nice facility when completed. The people were very accommodating and went above and beyond on my needs.

Actually call the customers to tell them what time to pick up the vehicle. You say in the reciept that you will contact them by 6 for finalizing. I didn't hear from anyone and had to do it myself. Not sure if i Would recommend.

I put gas in the truck before the return the people stated the next day I didnt put fuel in and I had proof that I did and they didnt want to accept the proof!

The people there were fine but the truck has something either oil or grease on the walls. It would not rub off so it just really looks bad and kind of throws you off when you look at it, but everything was ok. They need more trucks there also, they only have the small local truck.

Over all you have to have better communication between your businesses a call was put in a day prior to me dicovering I would need it for a few days more than you gave. I telephone to tell uhaul of this and unbelievably no one communicated anything to anyone else, following the call 4 text messages, one email, and said a failed attempt to contact by phone, even AFTER the truck had been returned and two days paid for (tried to get 3 days) I think the next time I need a moving company It will NOT be uhaul. Trying to unpack the truck to get it back, and have to stop and try and deal with the lack of communication within your company was frustrating to say the least!

We ended up being given erroneous information about billing to a different credit card. Other than that, the lady was nice and the truck was extremely impressive.

Over priced for the distance moved and need to keep the 800 number open 24 hours a day so that customers can return equipment easily.
