The truck was spilling anti-freeze when I stopped at my storage unit 5 miles from the pick up site. Pick up did not ask about insurance just billed me the most ($28). The gas gauge was below 1/4 but was marked 1/4 on the contract. I spent $40 on gas and left over 1/4 even though I only drove 17 miles. The truck served my purpose and I will probably use Uhaul again when I need a truck.Roman N.

When I brought the Uhaul trailer back to this location the attendant didn't have any idea how to unhook the trailer from my vehicle or help me back it into a parking spot. Also he didn't know how to issue me a receipt showing I had returned it. Apparently, no one had trained him on how to do this job.Suzanne H.

The truck I reserved weeks prior was not available. The only option was a bigger & more expensive truck they assigned to me without any notification of the change. The check engine light on that truck was on the entire drive. I was able to leave my personal vehicle parked there all day while using the truck, I was grateful for that.Megan S.

I reserved a truck and a car transport. I live on the East side of Metro Denver. I had to drive halfway across Metro Denver for pickup only to be told "the transport has been moved:. Where? The REST of the way to the WEST side of Metro Denver! I had to leave my car, drive the truck halfway back, get the transport, THEN drive back to the first place to hook up the transport. THEN I had to tow my car all the way back to the East side of Metro Denver!!! to start begin loading! I think the popular term these days is "shit show". I tried again and again to contact anyone who could help. Local representatives throw their hands up and say "I know nothing". Phone support? Waiting in phone queue 20 minutes, only to be told "wrong department" and put BACK in phone queue...three times in a row! Then they closed the connection! Once you all at U Haul got my money, it was Stonewall City. I have a really bad feeling ab out U Haul now. I for one will personally consider U Haul as lowest on the list. and advise others to check out Ryder or Penske next time.Dennis K.

The key was not in any of the boxes. Customer service did not attempt to assist me at all. I was told all they could do was make me wait 4 hours past my pickup time and I could get the $50 reservation guarantee. I had to ask the gas station attendant to call the representative to be able to access my key as I was on a time crunch and it was very urgent.LAUREN P.
