The address that was given by another U Haul location was not the actual location on the building. Trying to get to the location because of the address was difficult as there is a different number on the building. I have never been given just an email of the contract before and I've done plenty of business with UHaul over the years. I was also told the Uhaul wasn't properly hooked up to our vehicle when I took it to the drop off location.Katherine Y.

The location and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The trailer was clean but the wheels or axle had a problem that caused the trailer to not ride smoothly. The trailer issue is a u haul problem not this location. For us it wasn't a problem as we only used it in town. Anything longer distance and I'm not sure it would make it.Kenneth G.

This is not an issue of the pick up location because they did all they could do to help us. However, this was the third location we went to on my pickup day to receive a 20' truck. We even ended up with a 26' truck but needed to move so that's what we took. I am very displeased with the Uhaul system that kept sending us to locations without a 20' truck.Jackie H.

Well. Sent me the wrong address to pick up my U-Haul truck, went to the â€œcorrect oneâ€ and the owner of business saidâ€ I haven't had a 20' truck here in years so go back to your drop off pointâ€. I then go back to my drop off point (already crunched for time) and they tell me â€œyour truck is 23 minutes into Lexingtonâ€. Which isn't anywhere close to where I asked to pick it up at. I then arrive and the place of business is whiteout a doubt in the worst place possible that I wouldn't leave my car there unattended for over a minute. After 45 min of waiting, the guy then takes another 45 min of taking pictures of the truck, my license, then my credit card and proceeds to ask me for my phone to control everything. Terrible experience and will never use again.BRANDON T.

this truck was awful could barley hold it on the road due to steering all messed up engine lights was on the entire truck vibrated so bad i am surprised my teeth are not cracked. Then i was charged for an extra night when i was back 15 min before my check in timeJoseph B.

I feel the the customer service was above the expectation that I was a costume to at most other Uhaul locations. The manager and costumer service associates we kind friendly and very informative. They took their time to make sure that my paper work and information were exactly what I wanted. The check-in process was very easy and well as the confirmation of the well-being of the product I rented. Keep updates on the amount of trucks at a location so that customers don't have to travel around the city to two different locations to turn a truck in and then be charged for extra mileage due to the change of location.Kara F.

We went to pick truck up on merchant in lexington the manager absoltely nasty and rude and didn't have our truck the manager was an asshole and said nothing he could do. Will NEVER use uhail again and telling everyone I know about this company.William C.
