The truck was old, engine light on and inside was filthy. It even had dirty tissue on the floor . I had the truck for a total of 14 hrs. Was charged for 3 days. We have spent hours on the phone trying to correct their mistake. Now they have become very rude. Be careful giving bank acct Info. They have been in our acct many times since beginning this nightmare. DO NOT USE KINGS BUDGET SERVICES, Morgantown WV. The secretary named Whitney is not only very rude, she is completely inept. Surprisingly the owner was as rude as she was. I think they are a complete scam. U-Haul would do well to get rid of these people. I can't stress enough, stay away!!!! When my reservation was made and I went through the check-in online, it did not provide me with the passcode to get the key out of the lock box at the business for the uhaul. I had to wait an hour for someone from the business to get there to get the key for me out of the lock box. So making sure this doesn't happen again would be very helpful for your next customer.Hillarie L.
Disappointed! I've rented many trucks & this was the dirtiest cab ever. Mud on floor, interior dirty, bad odor & wasn't sterilized!! 99,000 + miles leaked fluid on our driveway & rust fragments. I requested a â€œfurniture dollyâ€ & they gave me a utility dolly. Wasn't able to use the utility dolly. Cancelled the order of 1 dozen packing blankets & WAS CHARGED FOR. We were told to replace the gas that we used. When we got the truck, it was at half tank. So we returned it at half tank. But we're charged because it wasn't full and at 4.50 a gallon. I called and told customer service and was told that I should have taken a picture of the fuel gage. Well... Maybe I should have not been told to replace what I used and to just top it off. Which is crazy because that's much more than I used. After further review, the contract does state that the tank needs to be returned 7/8 full, at least. But again, the tank was barely half way when we picked it up. Either way, it was a bad experience. For a 157.00 for 6 hours of use, next tike I'll just go through Enterprise. It will be a lot cheaper.Charles F.

I called the day before to confirm that they had the truck but when I got there they did not know where it was. I spent 20 minutes roaming the parking lot looking for a truck. And when it was found it was parked behind the building. And the employees weren't concerned about where it was or if it was there.Michael J.

Too many reservations at 9:00 were made. The guy working the desk was slow, and didn't show me where my truck was. Spent 45 minutes in line and then another 20 minutes finding the truck. I had movers scheduled for 9:30 because I was told it would only take a few minutes for check in, and didn't get to my house until 10:25.kevin H.

Provide better parking for the trucks so there is less chance of damaging surrounding vehicles. Someone tore off the front bumper of a car sitting there pulling a truck in or out, and I had to move it out of the road to get the truck in. It was difficult to get the truck lined up to get into the spot.Philip B.

Only 1 person there who couldn't do contracts, and when he called the correct person, who wasn't there, was told they would be hrre in 5 minutes. Was there for 40 minutes.
