This location was too busy at the time of my truck return. The assistant did not take th time to talk with me about the overcharge for an extra day but instead billed my credit card. UHaul should be explicitly vocal about the return time. I was charged an extra day because I was an hour overtime getting the truck back The man I rented from said you have 2 days . I returned in 2 days but an hour later than on contract. When renting a truck who reads the small print on the contract? Yes, my fault but also day rental should be pro-rated hourly on returns. I consider this a way for UHaul to make extra money under- handedly.CHARLES T.

The automated system was not able to inform me that this location did not have dollys. This is not the fault of the operator, but the system. This was big problem for me.Alan G.

I was billed $18 for â€œfuelâ€ when I gassed up literally next door leaving it at half a tank on 7/29. I didn't complain. Bill plus extra mileage was settled. Now today 8/11/20 I get billed for an additional $284 as â€œadditional chargesâ€ with zero receipt, bill, invoice or the courtesy of an explanation. On top of it nobody, NOBODY answers the call center. And the local vendor whom I dropped the vehicle off with was no help outside of informing me I was the fourth person to call him today about the charges and told me to callâ€”the call center where NOBODY answers. I am treating this as a fraudulent change and stopping payment on this. Ridiculous.Donald B.

We were told we could drop off the trailer at any location in Grand Prairie. When we went to a near by uhaul to drop it off, he was going to charge us $22 more. Told us we had to go to the one on 360 and I-20 which was 10 miles away. The gentleman at the place on main was not very knowledgable. There are 2 u haul dealers close by where we were but he said we HAD to take it to the one 10 miles away or pay extra. I do not think that was very fair.Janet F.

Uhal as a company messed up my reservation. Took me over an hour to get a truck. The app didnt work after sending me to another location when the first place didnt have my truck. I ended up getting a smaller truck from the oil change location. The guy there was nice and helpful. I will not use uhal in the future. I didnt even get my $50 back for my reservation guarantee that uhal messed up.Lance C.

The man was nice, but the trailer was filthy. There were cigarette butts and junk in it. It had not been swept out, we had to clean it out before we could use it. We didn't realize it until we got it home and opened it.Jack L.

Place was nice staff was great. Only complaint I have is the item I rented was way to narrow. I rented it to move a Chrysler 200 and had a hard time because of the narrowness of the unit. The car is far from a full size. But overall worked fine.aaron B.

I was told they would give me a discount if I would drop the truck in Van Alstyne instead of Sherman where was where my final destination was I said okay I get to the storage unit in Van Alstyne and the lady says I'm sorry we're full up you like to go down the road and so then I had to go down the road to a different location almost didn't get a truck and now I thought I was not going to get rid of the truck but the people down the road at the lube center for extremely helpful and took care of us promptly that they were very goodKerry S.

We picked this location because we knew we would need help unloading the car. When we asked for help, an employee named Nathan came out and said that they just rent the equipment and don't help customers with the equipment. He then just loosened the straps on the trailer. When we loaded it we had to raise the front of the trailer using the hand crank up front because to prevent the car from scraping while loading. When I told Nathan this he said that they wouldn't help with that The car ended up scaping when we unloaded it causing damage to the car. This is a neighborhood location and not a corporate location. All locations should offer better customer service and help the customers when needed. If U-Haul needs to have customers sign a damage waiver before helping then that should an option.mark H.

Extremely frustrating experience due to on line process. I filled out all the on line data and was told "you will save 30 minutes when picking up your equipment". I went to pick up the trailer only to find your website included insurance (which I declined), did not record all my vehicle data (which I had to provide again), and included the insurance charge on my credit card! By the time the facility redid the paperwork I saved no time! You have got to improve your website. It was very frustrating and frankly if I had another choice for a trailer, I would use it and I have used a lot of U Haul products.Robert S.

The checkout process took 45 minutes to complete even though I completed the online check in. He had to call customer service twice because he had no clue what he was doing. I got no paperwork when I left. Also, I ordered 24 blankets and only received 13. I told him I did not want to be charged and he said, â€œWell it will take me an hour to fix.â€ I told him I didn't care because I did not have time to wait. This was not the location I was instructed to return truck. I could not find location ,no one answered phone , no voice mail at the designated drop off. Went to this location and this gentlemen was nice enough to take care of everything needed to check the truck. Would recommend using his location for all UHaul needs. Very Professional.patsy H.
I called in to see if I could drop it off in the town I went to instead of where I picked it up...they said (after talking to 3 different ppl and 30 minutes later) that it would cost an extra $172 to do that! For a $30 trailer rental!John C.
