I am extremely displeased with how I was overcharged $87.37 for a trailer hitch that only cost $35.99 at Autozone yes I was advised that I would be charged for a hitch but never expected that much. Next time please give all facts concerning charges with the next customer and I still haven't received an invoice.MARTIN M.

When you book a truck at 11am at a specific location, only to obtain a phone call at 11.01 am saying your pick up is 5 miles away, oh, and 4 and a half hours later. And, when I protest and say I have a specifuc time for it to be collected, to be met with 'well do you want it or not'. Appalling. I had 3 timed pick ups scheduled which I then had to delay and delay again as the actual vehicle was not available until 4.40pm. I had the most dreadful day as a result of being let down by your service. Not about the actual ultimate pick up location. Just the incompetence of your booking system that allowed me to book a car at 11am at a Uhaul branch that was apparently closed down. Total incompetence on your part.Susan B.
Lockbox had issues with opening. Agent at location lied about removing a charge for equipment that was missing, then still charged for said missing equipment. Also I called to extend rental truck for an extra hour and agent was OK, I contacted agent 1.5 hours earlier. Then called multiple times after approving extension for me to return truck for another customer. Agent later charged for two rental rates without telling me first, even though I asked if there would be additional fees in which the agent lied and said no there wouldn't. Also, I had to go to a different Uhaul location for a dolly. But the the affect at the first location still charged me for a don't that didn't come with the truck. Total disaster! I'm very unhappyCrystal A.
