As a first time customer I asked the man how much gas was needed he said between 1/2 of a tank to 1/4 and I wouldn't be charged. Also the explanation of how to take pictures was communicated wrong he said take pictures of the vehicle we used which I did but on my phone not in the app strictly so once I figured out it's app only I had already dropped the key in the the return box. I called the next Day to make sure I wouldn't be charged anymore, he replied no everything should be fine. Well today on the 11th my card was charged $21 for miscellaneous unnecessary stuff needless to say it could improve.
DOMINIQUE BThey don’t correctly handle their paperwork. I was over charge 3 times and had to call customer service 3 times plus the location. My credit card was charged multiple times unnecessarily when all they needed to do is refund my unused mileage
