The return options. I tried to go to the website so I can let you know that I return it on time and It would not let me get pass after I put in my email and last name. Then customer did not answer the phone.brianna T.
Location looks sketchy at night, but was ok. Difficult to find at night. Sign in window states no parking trucks in front, only on side threatening a fee if you park truck in front. On side is a dark sketchy looking street and sign stating no parking. Parked truck in front next to 2 Uhaul rental vans because it was least sketchy place to park truck. Hopefully they don't try to fine me as there window sign states if you park a truck in front.john F.

Items needed were not available despite my reservations. Needed furniture dolly reserved but not available at the pickup location. The pickup location was very supportive and accommodating.. very disappointing to find the dolly for Moving piano was not available per reservations . Owner/ employee?? The lady who helped me was very nice. Only complaint was that we had just had a sleet storm and the windshield was covered in ice, and facilities had no scrappers or de-icer.DANIEL D.

Originally I had reserved a 10â€ truck. Before driving there I called to confirm and they told me they didn't have one available. During reserving there was a message that said â€œyour truck guaranteed or we give you $50.00. So I asked about that. To which I was told â€œnah that's corporate uhaul not us. Sorry.â€ I rented a size up and was charged $60.00 for the truck plus mileage and now there is a separate charge of $27. All of this JUST TO MOVE A SECTIONAL FROM STORE TO HOME. Never againâ€¦ I'll pay a friend to use their truck before choosing uhaul.Alexis B.

I was checking in from my phone and got half way through and would not continue so then I had to call to finish the check in. The gas was at 3/4 and when I returned it was put back at 3/4 and I still was charged for gas on my invoice. I was to have a dolly and went inside and they did not have one which was a big inconvenience. They had appliance dolly's and I asked if I could use one of those for the same price of the dolly I was to have and she said no. The check in process via the phone was a long process. Also the mileage I calculated was from a place closer to where my daughter was moving so going all the way across town added more miles which in turn cost more money. Very unhappy with this whole experience and will look at other rental companies in the future.Amy B.

I believe I was charged twice for this rental as the billing on my bank statements are $129.95 and another $235.80 that totals $365.75. I used a in town rental for 2 days and drove approximately 130 Miles. Can you please call me at 5015147646 so we can correct these errors.MICHAEL C.

Got to the location and worker watched me walking up to the door and locked it then left and went on lunch even though they knew I needed the furniture pads that I had purchased. I tried waiting for her to come back so I could receive help and I ended up losing an hour of my time that I rented. This was my first experience renting a u haul ever and I was very unhappy with it. I have returned the truck and it was very difficult to get internet service in the area so I don't think it was checked in. And the people inside had Locke the office door I guess they closed and was not able to get assistance and will be cathedrals extraROLANDA B.
