The nan who put us in the truck seemed to be strictly business. Told us to wait in our car as he checked in the truck and then checked it out to us. It was not checked for cleanliness as I found a furniture dolly in the box while doing my walk through. Also could have used a sweep or vacuum in the cab.Bart E.

Avoid this location at all costs!! Truck was very dirty and found a half smokes joint under the drivers seat rolled up in a page from the bible. It was obvious previous renter had been rolling blunts in it from the lose tobacco all over the cab. Informed uhaul but obviously they don't care due to this owner still does rentals.RYAN W.

The place was in a shady area and it was difficult to get the key out of the lock box. My reservation was also change and this was not the location I was supposed to pick up my truck fromNina R.
I had a very frustrating experience 1) i had to wait two weeks to get a truck I asked for a small truck see application every time I called you I was on hold at least 30 ,minutes or longer personnel at pick up could not get computer to work they had to put info in computer 3 times then had to call your office 3) they only had huge truck no small one which i did not need my daughter had to complete registration at site as online registration would not work also the truck was on empty when I received it.mina T.

The original pickup location was changed the day before pickup to the location listed above. The pickup location staff member COULD NOT find my reservation and had to contact UHAUL which caused a significant delay considering that I had individuals who had taken off work to assist me with the move. I also rented a Utility/Appliance dolly and the only dolly available was BENT which created challenges when moving heavy items.Nick H.

I was told I was not going to be charged for an extra day for bring the truck back late due to a tropical storm however I was changed 85.05 when I turned the truck in.KENNETH L.
This location was very helpful, even on a Sunday in which they were closed. But I do have a complaint about the location on Capital Circle NE. I had a reservation. They had the reservation for a day early, and when they called me I told them it was supposed to be for the next day, so they supposedly updated my reservation. I got dropped off the next day to pick up the truck, waited in line, and then was told that my reservation was cancelled, not updated. Then I was told there was a truck at the Lake Bradford location, so I had to take a $15 Lyft ride there, only to find out that they were closed. Then I had to go through the process of trying to do the truck share, but the App wasn't working. Luckily the man at the Lake Bradford location helped me out and rented the truck out for me. It took me 3 hours to get a truck. My rating would technically be 1 star, but I don't want the Lake Bradford location to be penalized for a bad rating, because it wasn't their fault.Marko S.

The 17' truck that I rented had a very loose steering wheel that I had to constantly keep moving back and forth to keep the vehicle straight. Also, I was charged twice for a dolly that I did not use which you could tell by looking at the seal cord that kept it in place against the wall of the truck that was not broken.mike D.

Thank goodness for this location! I was made to feel special. Everything was above anything I've ever dealt with from Uhaul. The owner seemed to understand the horror I had just experienced from Lacertilia, the GM, at the Capital Circle NE location. She was a horror and should be removed from Uhaul! The transaction was done inside of the vehicle of the person I was picking up from (he did not step outside of the truck to complete the transaction). The experience was very unprofessional and the truck had animal hair all inside of it; it was not even attempted to be cleaned prior to picking it up.Tawanna C.

1. Schedule customers appropriately. Waited 45 minutes for the employee to get there. Other customers had been sitting in the sidewalk for 30 minutes before 8:00AM. 2. This location is a muddy parking lot. 3. The employee got there in a pick-up 45 minutes after "opening" with an iPad to check customers in, was extremely rude, and careless towards any service. 4. Moving to a new to a new town should be inviting and safe feeling. And Tallahassee was for the most part BUT when we had to drop off the truck, the location was very run down with boarded up store fronts and sketchy neighborhoods. The parking lot was muddy with no fence or protection from the locals and had a grill and chairs against the cinderblock building. Uhaul should be ASHAMED of itself to make people go to such a unsafe and rundown area of town to use their products.Terry K.
Let me explain something clearly. I use that vehicle for 17 total miles. Yes you read that correctly 17 Mile. How in the hell can you charge me a fuel charge for 30 damn dollars. I understand that I could have put fuel in it but I went 17 miles and use Maybe and I emphasise maybe $10 worth of fuel. I will not ever use U-Haul again. It sickens me that you want to charge $30 to refuel a 17 Mile rental. That's the most ignorant thing I've ever seen. You already met over $100 for 17 miles of use. Pathetic.Logan S.

The whole experience was a joke. 1) Why was i diverted there when I had a reservation at the location I dropped off at in the Fall? 2) There were no facilities whatsoever. Just a run down overgrown church parking lot. And I had to use the bathroom. 3) The poor man that hooked up the trailer apparently had never done it before as it took him like 10 minutes to attach the chains. 4) The guy in charge was a smarty-pants. 5) And his wife or his mother I guess waited in his truck staring at me the whole time of the transaction. The place was closed. Drove to the Uhaul on Tennessee St. No one was up front. Saw a person behind the glass in the manager's office. Got their attention & told "I'm on break" The lady helped me by calling 1800 Uhaul. The called the owner of the church and he said they were open. I got back to the location on Lake Bradford & still no one there. Called the number uhaul and the guy said he was on his way. He get there and tablet isn't working so he called Uhaul to finish the check out. I hooked up the trailer my self.Patrick C.

The man was very nice however, his internet wasn't working so he had to use his phone for processing, the building doubled for a "church", he had christian music blaring, there was a toilet in the room, the place was completely unorganized. It seemed like a haphazard business.Julie C.

The customer service was excellent, but unfortunately they sent me out in a truck with no oil in it. Shortly after starting my trip the oil light came on saying it was low. I had to stop and purchase oil. There was no dip stick so I couldn't tell how much to put it.Justin B.

the only way to drop off at this location is to go online. We were not made aware of this and made two trips to the site, my daughter has a smart phone I do not. Thankfully I was with my daughter, I would not want her to be alone at this site! This site looked like a run down deserted shack! No one was around, no other trailers in the lot, no sign out front. You need to do better U-Haul!! No problems at pick up.diane B.
When I returned the equipment, I didn't have a good feeling about the safety of the equipment; in other words, the parking lot wasn't very well lit and the environment didn't feel inviting or safe. THE LOCATIONS ARE GENERALLY SPEAKING VERY GOOD. THE BIG PROBLEM IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AT 800-GO-UHAUL. IT IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO GET THROUGH. IT IS ABSOLUTELY MADDENING. FOR THAT REASON YOUR COMPANY GETS A B- GRADE.Humayun M.
