1 IF YOUR SCHEDULING WEBSITE AND THE CONFIRMING CALL INSIST THAT THERE WILL BE CONTACTLESS PICK UP AVAILABLE- MAKE IT SO. WEBSITE ON MORNIGN OF PICK UP SAID I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 1.5 HRS FOR LOCATION TO OPEN. 2 THE ONLINE PHOTOS OF THE TRUCK FAILED TO DISPLAY A LARGE SCRAPE ON THE SIDE DOOR, AND THE PICUTURES WERE OF POOR RESOLUTION SO I IMAGINE IT WOULD BE EASY FOR PEOPLE TO MISS SCRAPES AND SUCH GET UNFAIRLY HELD TO ACCOUNT. THE TRUCK WAS CLEAN AND HANDELED WELL. IT WAS THE UHAUL ONLINE SERVICE THAT FELL DOWN

I reserved a vehicle for after hours pick up with the following additions: Hand truck Dolly Packing blankets I checked the vehicle, and it contained only an appliance mover (not a hand truck for moving boxes that I requested). The Dolly and packing blankets were not provided. I was charged for all of the items, including the missing ones. So I called U-haul, waited on hold for 35 minutes (no exaggeration) only to be told that that I had to call another phone number. I call that number, waited for about 20 minutes, got frustrated, and hung up. It totaled to about $24. Not a huge sum, but it is the principle at this point. Very disappointed.

The uhaul rep on the phone was horrible they messed up my reservation and then lied and said the truck was not available for 24/7 after we were dropped off and went thru the verification process for mobile pick up. The rep claimed he was a manager and tried to send me to another location 10 miles away in another city. Terrible!

Vehicle I got to return my sofa to Costco used for 2hrs it wasn't maintained clean. But when I return the vechicle I was charged with cleaning charges of 25$ This is not pleasant experience. So much hidden charges aren't good customer experience. I am not going to recommend any more friends

We rented this same vehicle a few months ago and it stank of manure that someone had carried in it. Astonishingly, it still smells. Does no one ever clean these vehicles?

When i rented vehicle i was told to have vehicle before 5 pm and i would be fine. At 430 i recieved a call wondering where vehicle was . When i arrived to site the gentleman came up to car and said " give me the key" . He was unprofessional in the check out portion

Uhaul movd my reservation without telling me from Washington road to this location. This added several miles each direction to my drive, which meant I was strong armed into paying extra fees to uhaul. Thanks for that sneaky move. Do not have a good opinion of uhaul from that. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Every time people at this location put additional charges. Like gas charges even though it is filled to same level and receipt provided etc. Problem may be since it is not a UHAUL location.

We were supposed to pick up our uhaul at 11 and we didn't get it until after 1230..so we sat there for almost two hours waiting and it really pushed back our day..the desk was nice and very apologetic which I appreciated but for the cost after all that I don't think I'll rent again

The 9' cargo van I rented was filthy inside. There was mud caked on the entire floor of the driver and passengers seats. There were halfcfull water bottles stored in the braces on the walls along the back of the van. The employee at the storage facility where I rented the van had more than acceptable amount of difficulty putting my credit card through upon return of the van. She put my card through 6 times, of which my band was ready to release the money. However, she then made a seventh attempt and refunded me the money. The employees blamed me and told me the issue was on my end and I needed to correct with my bank. This “issue” lasted as long as the time I rented the van. I was told by a male employee at the storage facility that if “I” didn't correct the problem I was going to be charged extra for non payment. I immediately phoned U-Haul customer service and spent yet another 50+ minutes on the phone with them attempting to rectify the situation. I level of incompetence by the storage facility employees representing your company was more than unacceptable. The entire experience was NOT worth the extra few dollars I saved from renting from U-Haul versus Enterprise. I have used Enterprise before and NEVER had a problem. I have to say unless I am in a dire situation, I will not be a repeat customer. The experience was nothing short of a stressful nightmare.

Very little selection, truck was dirty coffee spilled over the console, transmission was skipping gears, truck had very high mileage over 115,000. Both managers was nice and professional. The only reason I would recommend a friend is the location,

Train your employees. The morons working on Saturday were unable to answer questions about the Uhaul we needed. I gave them the dimensions of the refrigerator we were moving, and wanted to make sure from the "professionals" it would properly fit - the idiot said "I don't know". So I looked again on the internet on my phone - since he couldn't figure it out and interior was higher than the refrigerator. We rented the appliance dolly for this refrigerator. When we arrived to pick up truck, it had 1/2 ft of snow on roof. We had to tell them this to remove it - which took 2 men and 15 minutes of our time. When it was time to load this frig, we discovered the truck did not have a RAMP!! How were we suppose to load a heavy appliance! These incompetent employees should have know their business and assisted better to meet our moving needs. THEY WERE HORRIBLE!!!!!! To top it off, while moving yesterday. they called one of our phones and left a rude message that the truck was late and we are getting charged for this. WTF - they told us in morning that if we don't make it back by 6:00 pm, to just drop keys off - which is what we did. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The original location did not have our truck so we were sent 10 miles away. The computer wasn't working and it took almost an hour to get our printed contract. Tank wasn't full - it took 7.5 gallons - I only went 35 miles. Rented dolly but left it at the store. Please adjust my bill. Horrible renting experience

My agreement called for the rental of a van, a utility dolly and furniture dolly. I did not receive the utility dolly or the furniture dolly. Since the rental pick-up began after the location was closed I was not able to have this corrected to get that equipment. This was a huge inconvenience at I relied on have that equipment to faciltate my move

1. The van was clean but there was a warning on a dashboard about low tire pressure. All tires looked ok though. 2. There was some additional charge on my credit card. When I e-mailed the location asking about it no one responded after more than one full work day

spent all that time setting up the app so I could show up with no issues and grab my truck. it took several attempts to get the customer service rep to approve my pictures. after about 10 minutes of standing in the middle of the parking lot right in front of 1 of only 2 trucks, someone finally came out and asked "Are you the guy who is renting that truck?" No, I'm just taking in the scenery. He informs me that all my time was a waste because i have to go resign everything with him and if i have a problem with that to take it up with uhaul. He had a bad attitude and obviously the new self serve system doesnt work, so here we are, filing a complaint. Also, I found out that i get 20% off from budget with my storage unit.

The agent was very rude. Even though i completed all steps online it took more time to get keys than doing it manually. 30 mins loss of time waiting for rude response was too bad . She was not ready to listen and non cooperative.
