Julie CUnfortunately, we tried the remote pickup and it was a mess. We spent an hour trying to get it all to work. It was 10am, but the office personnel was not there and they were not answering their calls. They did finally return our call around 3pm to say that they were short-handed and they were working at a different location. I do get that, but the calls should have been routed there or they should have left that number on the door for customers to call.
Michael CWoman who assisted was EXTREMELY rude, truck was on complete empty, light on, lady told me "it may make it to the gas station" if not thats why to take out the roadside assistance
