I was a tenant here for 5 years. Never had any problem break-ins or concerns of my belongings being safe. Being that this is located by fields and a body of water rodents tend to be a problem and a lot of people have complained about it however I placed bounce dryer sheets around the perimeter of my unit and I never had a problem with rodents. So you are able to take preventative measures to avoid bad outcome. The facility does their best to keep on top of it. Cindy was amazing to work with during my move out process and I greatly appreciate everything you guys did over the five years. I will be back if I ever needed unit again. I returned the truck on time but they didn't process the return until 2 hours later and charged me for an extra day fee. Also, I was supposed to return the truck with 3/8 of a tank of gas but they charged me for four gallons of gas. No one has called me back to correct this situation.JAMES M.

The trailer's outside was dirty and next time I will check the Tires. There was one that was bald and had a chunk out it. It is a miracle that the tire did not blow on the freeway. I had to use your roadside assistance before I could load it. It took over 4 hours out of my day to have the tire fixed. Also, I had to hook up the trailer on rental day. There was no one there to help me. Not sure if I would rent from this location ever again.Alan C.

When we picked up the trailer, the girl at the desk said, it's in the parking lot, go hook up and you can go. There was no inspection of the trailer. Only later in the dark, did we realize the running lights of the trailer did not work. Also, the trailer had 2 tires that were nearly threadbare. The trailer never should have left the Uhaul lot with those 2 tires on it. This location needs to do a better job of inspecting their equipment before they send it out.Koray W.

Customer service is great. The lot for RVs is unpaved therefore proliferated with many tall weeds, making it more difficult to walk around and inspect my RV before departing. It needs some attention, otherwise I was pleased with facility.Chris B. | Overall Experience

This was by far the worst and most Inconvenient experience I've ever had with renting a trailer. The trailer wasn't ready when I arrived for my scheduled pickup. It was full of boxes. I had to hook up the trailer myself when I arrived! It didn't have any light connections so I had to spend my own money to buy some because the location said they didn't have any when I called. When I tried calling the 800 number I sat on hold for an hour before I had to hang up because I had things I needed to get done. I would like someone to call me and refund me money for cables and try and fix this mess.TANNER G.

We were out in the open field area and it was not well maintained at all.. I was concerned about getting something in my tires to make them flat.. Rep on site was very friendly and helpful, however double charged me for the rental to the tune of $832. After a week this mistake was corrected. Moreover, rep help me hook up the trailer. A I was testing the lights, she hooked up the trailer to the hitch. Upon leaving the site, I got about 400 yards away and the trailer fell off the hitch hit my bumper and drug across the street. I was able to hook the trailer back up and found that she did not screw in the ball hitch capture screw it was totally not screwed down. Came back to the dealership and showed her the damage and how to screw down the hitch to the ball.Jim D.
Great place to store a boat inside. They took my boat and winterized it on short notice to help me out. I also needed some work on the boat and sold it early this year. They did a great job of having the boat ready to go when I needed to take it out of the facility! Hello, I paid $130 cash and did I would used 50 miles. I Had a card on file that they said they would do the reimbursement but never got it. For driving under 50 miles. When the gave me the truck they said it would be full of gas I got it and it was almost 1-4 tank down so had to go back in an make a new contract. Trash was in the truck when I got in it. Then when I went to Laos the furniture in the back the seals for the Dolley and moving blankets were broken. So I was worried I would be charged for something I didn't use. I would still like to receive my credit back that u haul sod they would pay me. Thanks please call me so I can get my credit back. They were great! Super helpful. The only thing I would change is putting a built in jack on the trailer like boats have. It was a bear trying to manhandle that trailer on and off the hitch alone. I know that's not something you can control so just a thought.MATTHEW H.
I dropped my trailer off an hour earlier than what was stated on receipt and got charged a while extra day for it. I called when I got to the location and was told theyd check it in. make sure they check it when you're there, or they'll charge you an extra day for their time.Joshua E.

Great service, clean truck. That being said I would never use uHaul again with the ridiculous $1.29/mile charge! Thought it was going to be $40 turned out to be $125 due to the miles charge. I found out about the charge in the online check-in and it was too late to make other plans and find another company to use.Dirk S.

Uhaul changed my drop off location from where I had originally selected, where my storage unit was, to this place. They didn't even tell me they had changed it. It just showed up on my account. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Because of changing the truck size, the cargo space being full of trash, making me go to a far away pick up location for no reason, and changing my drop off location without telling me, I will never use uhaul again.Jacob L.

I was charged for 3 days instead of 2. When I asked they said since I had the trailer from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon that was 3 days even though I had it less than 48 hours. They said if I returned the trailer before 4:45 pm Sunday I would be credited for the third day. I returned the trailer before 3 pm and texted the photo as instructed but they refused to honor their deal. They also did not instruct me to be sure to lock the door handle down otherwise the door will come open while you drive. Rent from somewhere else.Paul M.
