We had scheduled pick up on Broad Street in Chattanooga to be counter pick up. We were contacted and told the location had to be changed but we're not informed that it would be contactless pick up. In the future, please make sure customer is aware of ALL changes. Also, the furniture blankets we ordered (2 sets) REEKED of smoke and were unusable. Please do not repackage blankets that have been ruined by smoke. We had to pull comforters and blankets from our home to use instead.
