This was just great!! I needed to put my riding Mower in repair and the trailer I rented was made for that purpose. It pulled so good I was looking in the rear view mirror to make sure it was still there. I'll be back to Midway to rent that trailer again.!!! What an easy transaction!!Thomas B.

I went there on a sunday to pick up the auto transport to be told that the bill cannot be split between 2 payments. We only had half cash and half on our card , and since I dont have a bank near by its impossible for me to deposit the cash. Then we're told if we pay in cash it's an d trade 100$ down that we'll get back when we return it. Well why is that the case for cash but not credit? Knowing a lot of military people move, theres no military discounts. The only good part was that when we picked it up monday after getting the cash somehow back in our account the gentlemen was extremely helpful and nice.charles H.

I first had a reservation at another location and when I went there the store manager told me his system was down and sent me about 10 min away to another location. When I got there is took about 45min to set up my rental in your new system. All in I lost about an hour. The store manager gave me $10 off for all of the trouble but I really think I should get the $50 you guarantee when the rental is not available at the first store.FREDDY G.

This location was a gas station on side of the road. The truck was due back at 5pm. We returned truck at 9:30am. The U-haul contact person did not come in until 12pm. The cashier was very nice, but had no U-haul return experience, so we just left our return info. There was an offer inside truck, that if truck was returned clean and blankets folded, we would receive a $25 refund. We made sure those requirements were met. When our return confirmation e-mail was received, there was no mention of $25. Now, I have to make additional phone calls to track down my refund.Victor S.

While it is less than $6 I do contest the extra mileage charge. We chose the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer at 1911 Guess Road in Durham and the day before our move you change our pick up to 2616 NC 56 in Creedmore, NC which added 20 miles to our trip.Please consider dropping the extra mileage from our bill and credit it back to my cc asap.Jeffrey C.

Both the U-Haul rental location and customer service via the toll free number were excellent to deal with. My return was delayed due to a hurricane, and it was so nice talking to customer service who cared about the client, hadn't been outsourced to India, and actually took the time to understand the situation and help me.chase O.

Getting this truck for our move was the smoothest part of our whole move!! We had so much trouble with everything else turning the electric on was a nightmare. But with these guys at this station take rent out uhaul trucks where the best experience. They were very nice guys and very helpful!! I would recommend them to anyone ,you want be sorry!!! They even upgraded our truck because the one we wanted was not available! Thank you very much for your hospitality and making our move a lot smoother !! A++++ and 5 ?? ?? ?? ?? ??annita C.
I would have preferred to pick up the truck with a full tank of gas. It would have just been more convenient for my but that's the only thought that I have. I rented a Budget truck recently and the U-Haul was cleaner, newer and drive smoother.Alexander S.

Attendant was very help-full and polite.Couldn`t ask for better on that end.Location was easy to get in and out of after hookup.The trailer I rented was dirty inside and out. It was actually green moldy on outside. I spent aprox 1hr after I got it home cleaning. Mixed bleach and carwash and brush washed it,inside and out.Looked like trailer had been setting for a long time in a very wet location. Inside of trailer looked like someone had hauled a lawnmower in it.When I returned trailer,it didn`t look like the same one I pulled off the lot.I`ve rented many UHaul trailers over the years.Never had one rented out this filthy. At least this trailer will be clean for the next customer now. I did post a good average rating for location.Because of the good customer service-not reflecting the trailer condition.malcom J.
