Have someone on staff at the location that knows how to work the system without having to call for assistance. It took over 30mins to receive the truck and upon its return I wasn't able to have the difference in the balance returned to my card. I would never recommend anyone to use this particular location and I believe that the location should be reviewed.Kevin B.

Your website clearly stated that the service was 20$ for 1 hour. I was charged 90$. The lady at the reception was of very poor education and was very rude. We have rented 2 trucks there since the start of the year and she is always very rude and has terrible costumer service.Juan D.
The female charged me 3x the amount I was supposed to pay. She never told me that I was supposed to bring the trailer back before 8h30. And she was very mean and unprofessional. I will never go back to that uhaul. I tried to call her back but she doesn't pick up the phone. Worst experience ever.Meryem F.
It was the MOST horrible experience I had with a truck rental. I was suppose to pick my truck to a location 10 minutes from home. The morning before the day of moving, they call me to tell me it is not available finally. I rent the truck 3 week s before the date! I had to change all the plan of my day, in the middle of my moving house, with so many things to do. I had to drive 1 hour away from home to pick the truck. When I arrive there they told me : Â« Sorry, there is no truck available for you here finally, there was an error with the reservation and the truck was given to somebody else. U-Haul didnt call to tell you? Â» I was so shocked !!! Hopefully, the women who was working at the location was kind and she tried to find a solution for me. She finally find me a truck, BUT I had to wait 2h30 at the location, in the car under the rain, with my ex boyfriend who was kind enough to help me that day because I had nobody else to pick the truck with me (because I was suppose to pick it the next day 10 min from home!) What an uncomfortable situation, a waste of time, and money (because I had to pay the fuel to go there and bring back the truck home after) and I receive no refund. The truck was bigger than expected (because it was the only one available) and very not easy to drive for my ex and my friend who help me with moving house the next day. Both says it was the most horrible truck they had to drive in their live. T I am normally not the person who made bad review, its the first time I do it. But this situation is totally unacceptable for me. If I knew it before, that I had to go 1 hour away to take the truck and waste my time, I would had reserved with an other company.Emanuelle L.
Customer service rep wasn't friendly, complained about Uhaul in general and how bad the online reservations process was. It stretched the checkout experience to longer than what it should of been. Disappointing. Already our reserved time and location pick up was moved to a later time and location, then we had to deal with a disenchanted employee. Not impressed.Patrick D.

Everytime we reserve a Uhaul, it take forever to do the pickup. (Any locations we've been) I don't understand why especially that everything is pre-filled on the internet reservation. This time, there was only one customer before us and we waited 35 min. The office at that location is not organized properly. There are piles of paper everywhere and the keys are not well organized so its a challenge for the employee to find them. Truck wasn't ready. No cleaning of the cabin between the 2 rentals. There is only one person working there on a Saturdayâ€¦the poor lady is overwhelmed and need help. Impossible for her to handle everything. The return of the truck was just as long and disorganized. Uhaul software system seems to be a pain for the employee. They have good prices and luckily for them not much competition around.Chantal G.

Great experience with Sonia at this location. She was a pleasure to work with. Only issue was the truck I rented, had one tire that was completely bald and dangerous to drive on. I brought this to the attention of Sonia and it was to be taken care of right away.Anthony S M.
La femme qui s'occupe des locations est extrÃªmement pas sympathique et ne laisse pas le client poser des questions sans lui rÃ©pondre sÃ¨chement. Elle ne donne pas toutes les informations nÃ©cessaires au bon dÃ©roulement de la location. Elle ne m'avait pas dit ou dÃ©poser les clefs (ni le camion) au retour en dehors des heures d'ouverture et ne rpondait pas au tÃ©lÃ©phone lorsque j'ai tentÃ© de demander a quelqu'un une fois que j'Ã©tais sur la route. Nous avons donc dÃ©cidÃ© de laisser les clefs dans le camion, sur le parking a cÃ´tÃ© des autres camions U-Haul. Le jour ouvrable suivant (2 jours plus tard), elle m'a tÃ©lÃ©phonÃ© en m'accusant de ne pas avoir remis le camion ni les clefs et s'est obstinÃ©e avec moi au tÃ©lÃ©phone qu'elle me l'avait dit et que c'Ã©tait moi qui ne l'avais pas Ã©coutÃ©! Une expÃ©rience HAUTEMENT dÃ©sagrÃ©able que je ne recommande a personne!Laeticia B.

The confirmed a price online during my reservation and at the store after renting it when I went to drop they didn't say anything after I left they called me to say that the price increased of 250$ because of the date I rented . Very disappointed with the service and I will rent again with uhaul .Nirmal L.

This location really needs to up their customer service game. Everyone is entitled to a bad day; just don't take it out on your PAYING customers. Out of all the locations in the area I have used, this is by far the worst. They should take some lessons in customer service from the now closed locations in Vaudreuil. Ã€ mon arrivÃ©e, il y a dÃ©jÃ quelqu'un dans le bureau et en raison des rÃ¨gles COVID j'attends Ã l'extÃ©rieur, il pleut. La femme Ã l'accueil sort avec un client et plutÃ´t de me dire bonjour, elle me demande pourquoi je ne suis pas entrÃ©e dans l'entrepÃ´t Ã cÃ´tÃ©, qu'elle a ouvert pour Ã§a, et qu'il y a dÃ©jÃ un client avant moi, de faÃ§on vraiment arrogante. Rien ne l'indique sur la porte et l'entrepÃ´t en question ne semble pas Ãªtre une salle d'attenteâ€¦La femme Ã l'accueil Ã mon entrÃ©e dans le bureau m'accuse de l'agresser alors que je lui pose une simple question en lien avec la grosseur de la boule nÃ©cessaire pour la remorque. Je souhaite m'assurer de pouvoir repartir avec la remorque avant de finaliser la location. Elle me dit qu'elle ne devrait pas Ãªtre lÃ ce matin et qu'elle est lÃ pour rendre service. Ã‡a ne lui fait visiblement pas plaisir de travailler ce matin-lÃ . Elle est extrÃªmement dÃ©sagrÃ©able avec la clientÃ¨le. Au retour, elle est plus polie sans Ãªtre agrÃ©able.
