Warning lights were on, was getting error "Service Tire monitor system". I informed the person at desk and he said they have reported the issue and hasn't been resolved. Rest all was good.
Suyash SPick up location was changed one day before the appointment even though I booked the u-haul three weeks prior to my moving day. Confirmation email was sent but didn’t highlight the location changed.It messed up my schedule. The new location was extra 15mins driving and didn’t have the furniture cart and blankets that were booked online. It was very stressful to change with a short notice.

Kerri BThe U-Haul we picked up unfortunately had a blanket, jacket, and meth pipe in the back. It also looked like someone had lit a fire as the floor was very dirty and had pieces of burnt wood. We had to sweep and mop the back before putting in my furniture. The service at the location was nice but they told me to contact you in order to see if I could get a partial refund since we had to clean out biohazards from the back of the truck.
Jade CAbsolutely terrible and a despicable place. This person should not be allowed to run a U-Haul store. The person was not very welcoming, Did not check the mileage and the gas metre after I brought the truck back like most U Hauls do, and did not allow me to pay with my debit card after I brought the truck even though other places allow customers to do so. This worker did not charge me or do anything in the store and instead said he would do all of that later. Absolutely terrible experience.

Joakim GPlease let customer know debit payments are not accepted and only credit card can be used for a smooth service, the self mobile gave errors and I was unable to use and once i arrived in person alot of back and forth to get the keys. Issues will manager to remove the dolly equipment as location has no dollies available but doesnt say that at time of booking. Very unorganized place for business and communication is very poor
Chaeli LHi I got this truck and I think so it has some issues It takes a lot of rpms to move forward. I moving is supposed to take 2-3 hours, but because this truck it takes like 6 hours . I already that guy who do the return.

Guy HI had arranged for a 7 am pick up and the proper arrangements were not made by the Mini Mart. They opened at 9 am. I was very inconvenienced starting two later. I had to make some other arrangements that cost more money. The gentleman behind the counter was not rude but had absolutely no interest in my predicament. He was more concerned that I bring the vehicle back before 4:30 that afternoon because he had another rental booked. I ended up only using the truck for 4 hours. I expected a full refund on this rental. Thank you, Dirk

Kevin JThere,s a lot of anxiety and stress during a move usually and there’s no way families can check all the fluids under the hood , I understand you obviously maintain your trucks but , I would like your team to check the wiper fluid and wiper blades as it rained slightly and when I wanted to wipe there’s was no fluid in the washer tank and so it screached and made visibility worse . I had washer fluid in my car so I filled all what I had when I handed over the truck at the location so the next family don’t have the same problem . I know it’s a simple thing but sometimes it’s crucial as safety always comes first. Thanks

mark sThere was a side mirror that fell off, but the location realized that the mirror was not damaged, it just was not secured properly and did not blame us for it. The location was professional, fair, and helpful. I will go back to this location again.
Michelle BThe guy in there could barely speak as he didn't understand a word we were saying, we wanted to pay with another credit card while we were returning the vehicle but he had no clue how to do that but on the other hand he got aggressive and mean with us, i have used u-haul a lit of times before and have paid with another card before as well. So rather then saying sorry but i don't know how to do that he told me buddy i am just going to charge you tomorrow as i don't know how to do it know as i am done at 7 pm, which made no sense as i was returning the vehicle at 8.17 pm. Clearly he wasn't the one who was going to do the paperwork but covering somebody else who was going to do it tomorrow. There is no way i am going back to this location ever again.

Tim HThe truck was a piece of crap and unsafe - moreso than the usual U-Haul rental. The windshield has a huge crack, across the driver’s field of view. The drivers seat control arm was broken so couldn’t move back or forth. When it started to rain the windshield wipers didn’t work properly - the driver’s side was at least manageable (sort of) bit the passenger side rubber was half ripped off. The engine light was on when I picked the vehicle up. If I had time or there was another truck on site I wouldn’t have taken that vehicle. I also wonder why the mileage went from $.79 cents a mile to &1.27! I assume it’s the change between kilometres and miles and if so, not fair to advertise KM then change to Mi on payment. Not happy at all that I paid full price for a sub par vehicle and feeling cheated. I paid for a safe, reasonable vehicle but ended up with a vehicle that wasn’t road worthy. Im looking for some compensation on my rental.
Patrick LFuel tank less than 1/8 tank? No answer from phone number on gate. Returned truck with just under half tank with no credit. Case number created with u-haul customer service. This experience was far from convenient which has been my past experience. gs
Gregory SThe owner was very helpful and accommodating. The unit was big enough to move everything. My only concern was, being just over 5 ft tall I needed an extra blanket to sit on to look 'over' the steering wheel. Thank you

Matthew SI prepaid online for my equipment days in advance when I got to my location in the north side of Leduc, they didn't even have me in the system. The agent there was fantastic in helping and a unit was located in Edmonton at the above location. It added more time and mileage, but the North Leduc agent did a great job and so friendly

Carl MPerson at the store was very rude. Didn’t explained anything about the package, gave the keys never mentioned which truck I kept trying keys on all trucks, truck orientation not done, moreover when asked him questions he was very argumentative and rude. Felt very uncomfortable.

Madelaine CMaybe state on website that location pick is not guaranteed. Both my pick up and drop off locations changed after booking, which is a great way for you as a company to make money as people go over their allowed kilometers. My pick up location did not even have the blankets as requested which I was only told after signing. My drop off location was closed and did not have a key drop box. Very inconvenient to return truck and now have to go back the following day and drop keys off. Nothing about location drop off hours was explained to me at any time. I Filled up gas to where I was told to and then was charged extra for fuel which I’m not sure why!? Very disappointing experience with U-haul. Will not come back.
Cara LNoticed the check engine light on after I had already gotten to my storage unit to load up. Called the location where I picked the truck up from and told him He said he's got 1 more truck that size and we can swap it out. I told him to please make sure it's in good condition he said "yeah yeah it is" drove 30mins back to that location just to find out that truck also has a light on and AC didn't work. As well as a speaker was blown. He told us that truck he knows is fine. We had no choice but had to take that one as our hired movers were waiting for us. Zero star. Super pissed as it was +34c that day and a 3.5hr drive. Get these small locations under control. The guy clearly didn't care as it was a Fkn Mini mart convenience store. Also the truck we took would knick hard when turning. Suspension was totally messed up on it. DO BETTSR UHAUL!!

It made me concerned that I would be charged for damages and because the location was so small, I could not possibly have asked for a different vehicle. The service was very nice, no fault of the employee at the Mini Mart.
Laura HThe location was a sketchy little strip mall convenience store. The pickup time was 8am. the owner(?) didnt arrive until 8:10am. Told me he didnt open for Uhaul until 10am. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing him for being there at the time that I did.
Kenneth KI booked a 9’ cargo van for pickup and dropoff at creekwood convenience store but it ended up being at mini mart convenience store 16km away. 30km total back and forth. The only reason I booked this because the pickup and dropoff are close to us. I was also charged damage coverage despite opting out on my online booking. This is just unacceptable, waste of gas money and time.

Process is too slow also I have booked online from 6 to 10pm but the person told me that you have to return by 9 and if you come after 9 then we will charge you for two days. I asked him why the online booking allows me to book till 10? And he said that’s how our system works he can’t do anything about it I would not recommend this location to anyone
Altaf AThey making fool to customer when they say its for 24 hour booking. I book on 28 feb and pickup the uhaul by 2:30 and bring it back 9 pm same day and they charge me for 2 days because timing i select its 2 to 8:30 and they dont care if you are stuck in trafic and you late for 30 min and they charged for another full day. This is my first and last time i used service my friend book for sunday but now he cancel the reservation and i will recomenned all my friend never use uhaul

Edmond CVery poor, bordering on rude staff, poor communication as well. Some things I rented were not at the location. Do not recommend. The only redeemable quality is that I got the truck I rented. Will be renting from a standalone UHaul business instead of a UHaul third party retail location.
Francis AThey charged me with extra gas, which i gave them with exactly the same gas listed on the odometer. Felt cheated. Never recommending this facility to others.
Divij HI waited about more than an hour to get the truck. Even though personnel over there were helpful but they took so much long time and when I went for returning then also it was taking long time. Thank God, I tried online and the procedure got completed. These Mini Mart Guys are over busy with their General Merchandise customers and can not give justice of proper customer care to Uhaul customers.
