The Uhaul App gave me some problems, and the customer service telephone line actually told me to "call back later". Fortunately, one of the staff from this location was on hand, and called the owner for us. The owner was able to take care of us very quickly! He was very helpful!

I made an online reservation for a truck, dollys, and packing blankets to be ready at a U-Haul location at a storage facility. This reservation was placed over a week ahead of time, and it was for a Monday morning 8am pickup. On Sunday, the day before pickup, I received an automated call that my pickup location was going to be moved to another location, and I needed to call a provided number to confirm. When I called the number provided, I got the voicemail of a U-haul location that is closed on Sunday. How can I confirm an 8am Monday pickup if I cannot reach the store till they open at 8am on Monday? The new location was about 20 minutes away, 15 minutes farther than the store location that I placed the reservation for. When I got to the pickup location, it was an empty lot that was just mud, not grass, not pavement, MUD. There was a key box on a little fence that was erected near the entrance of the mud lot. I had not received any indication that this was not a manned location, and I hadn't been given any instructions regarding the retrieval of the key. I tried calling the number that had been provided in the automated call, but there was no answer. Then I called the store location that I had originally tried to place the reservation at, and the lady there was very helpful, getting me in contact with a regional manager. I was able to get the truck, but then I found out that the dollys and packing blankets were not in the truck. Thankfully, the regional manager was able to get someone from a store to deliver them to the house as we were loading. Overall, the people who I was able to talk to were very helpful and kind, but the poor location and the failure to have everything on the reservation ready soured the experience.

I would refer this location to anyone who is moving. The manager is easy to work with and very accommodating and friendly.
