Truck did not have appliance cart or moving blankets, which had been paid for. Checking in online was a nightmare. I actually reserved the truck 3 weeks prior to pickup - I went into the office and made reservations, being assured that I would pick it up at their location- but that was not the case. I was notified via text and email to pick the truck up at a different location which was confusing. Unfortunately after the service, or lack of service I received from Uhaul, I will not use nor recommend in the future.

The Murry Quik Lube is a wonderful place to rent from . Bob was very helpful and a pleasure to work with . NOW the bunch over at Max Towing that flat out lied to me about having the trailer after i called the day before and a hour before I arrived. And they didnt have the best attitude about renting something anyway .

First rent the you haul a week in advance. Day before they send text and it has the pick up for location. After calling and being tossed around to different service reps finally a lady fixed our rental. When picking up it was a disaster. The guy was new didn't know much. I had cash and told them When I rented I would be paying cash when got there it was a big issue a hour later I finally get it squared away. Didn't receive paper work was told to leave the gas at where it was. When getting in you haul it was left in park while it was turned off. When returning Sunday night the online website wouldn't work after spending 1 hour in the blazing heat at Murray location trying to figure it ours now I've been charged for the fuel but I left it where it was when I left it at the Murray location. Over all worst experience!

Dropped the truck off a day early. Inquired about a Military Discount that I had been told was available but the person at the rental place did not know how to it. He said that the Drop Off placer could give the discount when we dropped the truck off,. They said it could not be done since the truck had already been paid for. They did ask me if I wanted to use the same credit card to pay for the 6 miles we were over. If they could charge the miles over on the credit car used why could they not have credited the card with the Military discount?

Gentleman at Murray location very nice helped me out when the lady at Mayfield had messed my rental contract up. I had called U Haul to extend my rental one more day was told that would be fine and it would cost me just 40 dollars bit hell no it was almost $90 dollars so for 3 days U Haul cost my $300 !!

Not the locations fault, but the truck stunk!! I tried Febreeze cleaning the seat and windows, airing it out for 2 days and it still stunk like someone spread pig manure in it. Not sure what else could have been done.

The business owner/manager listened and asked questions to make sure he understood my moving needs and timetable. He made a recommendation and also explained other options that would fit. He anticipated challenges that I might face in my move. I took his recommendation and it worked well. Great customer service; I will go there first if I ever need equipment in the future. I will be renting a second truck this weekend along with another trailer, however after the leak experience I'm not sure my go to choice will be Uhaul even though I've never rented from any other rental company.

The location and employees there were great to work with. The U-Haul company itself, not so much. We were scheduled to do a self check-in on Friday and would be keeping the truck through Saturday. The self check-in did not work. Even though the name on our ID matched our reservation, it kept denying us a check in saying that the names did not match. We called U-Haul, had the names confirmed that they were correct, they sent us back up there with a later check in time, but yet it happened again. I had to then scratch our moving plans for the evening and wait until the locatiin opened the next day. Because of their self checkout and all the flaws in that system we lost an entire evening of moving and I lost my only help that I had scheduled to help me. Left me having to do it by myself the next day. Because of the loss of time Uhaul cost me, I turned the truck in 2 hours late, and they charged me for a full extra day. No credit for the whole half a day that THEY cost me in my move! Do NOT trust their self check in system unless you want your moving plans blown up last minute.
