No one was there, we dropped it at a spot where we checked out online.

I was told the location was open until 5:00 p.m. but in reality this was not a manned location. I did not feel comfortable dropping the truck off in a questionable part of town where no one could check the truck in. What if someone would have siphoned all the fuel out of the vehicle? Who would be responsible? I don't believe I should be held responsible if something happened at an unstaffed location. If there are hours of operation listed, then someone should be there.

Unclear instructions about where to go; the business location is not marked on any nearby buildings; the address listed is a different business. The dropbox is nailed to a telephone pole and I would not have seen it if for the 26 foot truck parked nearby. 36 hours after I dropped off, the truck had not been checked in, and I had to call U-Haul, who assigned the district manager to complete the check in. I called the business phone number two days after I dropped it off, left a voicemail, and never received a call back. Shady and useless.

Nothing very easy and quick

Had to rent over the phone with the owner. Person on site did not go over vehicle with me. He just handed me the key and walked away. Will never use this location again.

initially I was supposed to pick up at emerald suites, but then uhal change my pick up location without notifying my. This caused 1.5 hour delay. Once I was at the correct location, everything went smoothly.
