vehicle was in very good condition, very easy to drive and work with. customer service was very good. if going solo, be prepared to look for parking. if not, it will be a better experience.

You can’t improve on location. That was my only negative. Nice and understanding staff that understood I just needed a truck for a day due to family death and was stressed out.

Bud was great, I don't know what the other reviews were talking about on Yelp. Bud was very helpful, knowledgeable, respectful. Very accommodating to us when I returned at 4:50 and still needed to get gas. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you Bud.

On the website, it says this location is open until 5pm. I dropped the vehicle back off before 4pm. There was no one there. So I dropped it off via online app. And now I’m being charged for 2 gallons of gas. I took all the necessary pictures and even included the receipt for the gas I purchased for the truck. Terrible service!

The employee was beyond rude. My husbands friend took him over there and they decided to leave his vehicle. He parked facing the wrong direction on the street however that is legal in the state of Hawaii. The employee called my cell phone and starts yelling at me and cussing and telling me what an idiot my husband is and that he supposedly stopped a police Officer from giving him a ticket. Didn’t let me get a word in at all. Told me to get over there and move it immediately. So we dropped everything and ran over there which isn’t a simple task in the middle of moving homes. My friend looked up the law on the way over to confirm he was correct in parking. There was no one even there when we arrived. It was all locked up and no one for us to speak to. My husband said the employee apologized for the voicemail when my husband took the truck back later. However it was not a voicemail and regardless of laws or anyone’s personal opinions, no one deserves to be yelled at and treated the way I was. I was not even involved in the pick up or drop off and this man berated me and belittled my husband when it wasn’t either of us that parked nor was it illegal. I will absolutely never use this location ever again and I highly recommend someone teach this employee how to speak to customers because that was beyond inappropriate. The vehicle itself was fine and worked well. But the customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. Then I received a call today, 2 days later, from a woman employee asking if we had returned the truck. Obviously there is a big mess going on here if they can’t even find their own truck. Especially since my husband returned it to the exact spot he’d driven it from and personally handed the keys to the rude employee.

They told me that they would send me a receipt later. I asked how much it would be and he would not give me an answer. Come to find out he charges me for 75 miles when I went 39 miles. Then charge me for 20 gallons when I didn’t use nearly that much. Would not recommend to anyone.

My invoice showed an end mileage number that was incorrect and so I was overcharged. I emailed about the error immediately after I received the invoice via email. That was this past Saturday and it is now Tuesday afternoon and I have not received a response yet. I'm at work when they are open so email would be best for me. I even used the email address that they directed me to contact if I had any issues with my invoice. Please have someone respond to me so that I am not overcharged! Good Service. No waiting it was fast and easy. The lady gave me options and was very friendly. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend it to everyone that needs a Uhaul to check them out. BIG MAHALO.

The cashier was rude. The location looked and felt like a junkyard. The dolley we rented was fine, seemed to be on the newer side.

First of all, the location is basically a boat junkyards. Secondly, I was improperly charged $7.50 for fuel when I put more than enough fuel back in the van. I was told a receipt would be mailed when I dropped the van off, but was not present for the inspection. I received the van at slightly less than 7/8 tank and returned it with more than that. My receipt does not accurately indicate the level of fuel I returned the van with. When I received the van it was parked downhill. When I returned it, I parked it up hill. That is a possible cause for the inaccurate fuel reading, but I in no way should be charge for fuel and this should be reimbursed to my card immediately.
