I was charged for 2 days which I will be calling my credit card company. I was told that the return time didn't matter. Then I get a phone call waking me up at 745am telling me that the truck needs to be back at 815 for another customer. I was livid! So I pack the family and baby to go drop off the van . Very poorly organized and terrible communication. I will never rent from this location again. And I want a partial refund! Off at least 50%. I'm a very unhappy customer.

The worker at OneStop was so helpful and great. He was very accommodating and made a stressful time more convenient for us despite complications from the previous renter. His customer service was top notch and I appreciated his kindness.

CLEAN the inside of the truck after each customer. There were empty juice bottles, napkins and wrappers left in the truck. Not to mention the thick layer of dirt and dust as though it was cleaned in a year. This is a time when cleaning should be mandatory. I hate to say it is not just this location, but I have had this problem with other locations as well. Corporate should do a better job at making sure that ALL locations do what is necessary to keep the vehicles safe. Let's do better.

The location itself was not an issue. However our experience with uhaul was not great. We are from cherry hill and we got sent to pick up a truck 40 miles away. Called uhaul that morning of our pick up and told us no truck was available in maple shade. We went to the first uhaul location only to find out that truck was not set up fro 24/7 pick up. After about 1 hr and half on the phone with customer service, we picked up the truck less than 5 miles from our requested location. Terrible dispatching. Terrible planning from uhaul.

The inside of the drivers cab was dirty. Crumbs from previous renters were in the cup holders. In these days of cleanliness I'm not even sure the interior was sanitized. The employees were nice to me. However I'll go somewhere else next time to rent a van.

When I received this vehicle, the floor was covered in mud, but in the front and in the back. I had to buy a tarp to put on the floor so my things wouldn't get dirty. The “low tire pressure” light was on, I told the guy at the register, so he came out kicked the tires and said “it's fine”.....overall I've had way better experiences.

The whole rental process from beginning to end was extremely easy. The store personnel were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely rent from only this location going forward.

Great location for pick up and drop off, adjacent to many nearby apartments and condos. The guys in the shop were knowledgeable and professional.

While the location is great, the location is a convenience store with a lot of residential traffic. The store personnel have to run back and forth to cash register for purchasers of food items back to reserving the vehicle. Depending on the amount of traffic you will need patience.

Everything was fine and went very smoothly. The truck was in excellent condition and the customer service by CJ (I think that was his name) was great. I was also able to buy an delicious breakfast sandwich to take on the road with me.

The guy was screaming and making a lot of no nonsense noise and not really listening so he asked the same question 4 times.

Truck was parked in grass area. The grass was 18 inches tall. I had to walk through it to get to the rental truck. I rented 6 blankets. Every blanket was wet making them unusable to be placed on furniture.

I went with this location because they were open until 5PM on a Sunday. We really needed that later window and for that would rate them high. However, I had a question that I was not able to communicate due to a language barrier. For that reason I'm not sure I could recommend them.

Fuel tank should be on full when receiving a truck. Also, air conditioner blower does not work in vents. Truck was not clean. Had plastic bags in cab and loose string in the back.

Before the card is charged, the customer should be made aware of how much they are paying and what is included with the cost! I was overcharged for my rental and now have to wait to be reimbursed for the overcharge! This is not acceptable and not very good customer service.

Was overcharged for mileage. Although he said he would reimburse it was not reflected on final receipt except for an incorrect amount he hand wrote! I have no idea if it's corrected!

Improve communication skills. Rental location employees are very difficult to understand. The vehicle had check engine and towing system warning lights on. Only had half the number of moving pads were available. The moving dolly was not available, requiring me to go to the Kings Highway U-haul location to get one.

Allow employees to drive truck to exact parking spot. Educate employees on how to take a proper photo of the fuel guage. The employee took the keys and checked the mileage and fuel, but then asked us to drive the truck around the back of the store to park it. The employee took a photo of the tachometer (RPM gauge) instead of the fuel gauge and claimed that the fuel was lower than what was given to us at pick up. Ensure correct mileage allowance is given to drop off location. The information given to the drop off location was 38 miles, but U-Haul gave us an extra 10 miles for the inconvenient pick up location. We were charged for additional miles over 38 miles. It would be helpful to provide discounts if trucks are returned within hours of being picked up. We were given a day to drop off the truck at another location, but we dropped it off within 3 hours and were still charged for a full day.

I was charged my rental fee twice. Once when I booked online and again when I returned the truck and paid for the mileage. I was told repeatedly that the online rental fee was "just a hold" and "would be removed from my account once the second payment posted" but it was never removed. Be careful of this scam!!!

back roll up door was broke and would not close drivers side door would not close tight major safety issue truck was filthy and smelled bad . customer service at store was terrible and they did not care about any of these issues very rude i will never use uhaul again and that location should be shut down as i am not the only one that has given them bad reviews online

We reserved a trailer at the deptford location which is less than 5 miles from Blackwood. Then you change our reservation to MAPLE SHADE NJ which is at least 15 to 20 miles each way! This exspense should not have to be incurred by your mistake! Please respond. I am a frequent user who also buys supplies but this location had no covers, no mattress bags, not much of anything that would be helpful for a move. Truck ran well though.

Actually have the equipment that I paid for and not charge me for items that wasn't there. I prepaid for a dolly, a bed cover sheet, 3 small boxes, 2 medium boxes, and wrapping paper. When I got the truck there were non of the items that I paid for and they never mention once for me to sign anything stating that. The rental was $39 for 6 hours. I had the truck for 2 days because I didn't have the items to make the move smoother. They charge me $539 I did the math myself and it didn't come up to nearly how much they charged me. That uhaul location is a rip off and i'm Willing to go through the proper channels to get my money back. Straight up scam

I was incorrectly charged for mileage. I used 38 miles but was charged for 188. I also personally put gas into the uhaul to put the level back at 7/8th. I then asked the store employee to review the gas gauge to assure the gas amount was correct. He advised me yes and said I did not have to add anymore gas. However he charged me for gas. This is not fair all around and very unprofessional. I will never drop of at this location again. Horrible experience

I would have liked to see a final bill. $95.00 was taken out for 2 hours. Your ad on the truck said $19.95, I only went went 10 miles and returned. After the truck is returned they should get you a breakdown on final costs.

No customer service. Didn't speak English well but, didn't try to communicate. Upon check-in I opened the truck to show that it was cleaned, the furniture pads were folded and accounted for, and the dolly was returned while the attendant checked the mileage and fuel. The attendant was getting ready to drive the truck to a back parking lot. I told him that I opened the back for him to check those items. My goodwill was rewarded by being told to take the dolly and furniture pads into the store's back storeroom. If I hadn't said anything he would've driven off and I couldn't saved myself some extra work.

Horrible and criminal. Applied insurance. Did not ask if I wanted. Gave initial receipt saying it is only a hold so as to encourage me not to look. Drove 4 miles to donate deceased parent's remaining estate. Why would I want to get insurance on a 4 mile trip. After saying he asked me, which he did not, he said it may have been someone else. I rented only 75 minutes before from the same person. Clearly a scam. Slow check out, took over 30 minutes after reserving day before. Did not receive final Copy as he sat behind desk, 15 feet away and said total to card. Will never use and recommend to any not to use this site. Recommend U-Haul pretend to be customer and see how pathetically poor this site is. Go somewhere else, trust me.
