The individual here is a thief. He added a $10 charge for the insurance without my authorization. He also showed up 20 minutes late so I was late to my appointment. When he did finally arrive he showed up with two very young children and left them unattended in his office while inspecting the vehicle. Completely unprofessional and committed fraud by added the insurance without my permission. This has been brought to the BBB for review and I have sent a copy of my complaint to the state attorney general for review. I have a voice recording of the shop owner stating he adds the insurance to all van rentals regardless of the customer because UHAUL is to slow to reimburse for damages. Well my business carries our own insurance and we have never been tricked into being billed for it before. I would like a call back from the district area manager within 72 business hours to address this fraud.

The truck I reserved was not available. I had to rent a smaller truck and use more mileage this made me accrue more charges and spend more money in gas and mileage.

Mitchell was extremely courteous & professional. I was with my son & drove for hours trying to get a rental car from Enterprise due to an issuance claim. We can to Mitchell's office/U-Haul locational & received stellar service. Thanks to him my family to include my 83 year old mother had transportation this past weekend. We appreciate great customer service & would like to thank Mitchell!

Location is dangerous. Mitchell was friendly and professional, however this experience with Uhaul overall is the worst I've had with an organization. I will not use Uhaul again.

Despite the minor inconvenience of a prior renter that kept the keys to the rental truck that I've reserved, the owner was more than helpful with providing us with another vehicle. I would rent from there again in the future 😁👍

I was harassed prior to my schedule return date about returning the rental uhaul. My check out was over charged. The safety of the truck was not a concern of his because I was place in a previously wrecked vehicle. Never again will I rent from this Wesley location

Our appointment was scheduled for 9:30. We arrived at 9:15/9:20 to find the doors locked. We contacted the number we had and was told that the employee was on his way. He arrived at 9:40. After typing up the contract in the drive's name, I was then informed that the contract would have to be in my name since the rental was being paid with a business card that was in my name. This resulted in more time. After the contract was signed and paid, we were then instructed to go outside to check the vehicle for damages, etc. Again, more time. Why was the timing so important? We had an appointment to be at by 10:30. Due to the lateness of the employee, the additional time to re-write the contract and then, check the vehicle, we left the business at 10:05, resulting in our being late for our appointment.
