Whoever the lady who helped me was was very very rude. â€œI've been doing this since 2014â€ she says as she's being mean to her young co worker asking about a car hauler for another customer that she had on the phone. She made me not even want to finish with the rental but I had already paid. She doesn't seem to have a clue what's going on either. I was told literally 4 different amounts by her as to how much my card would be charged. Loved the trailer and how easy it was to pull, but truly hate the employee for literally acting like this young girl was stupid simply for doing her job. I was about to offer her a job honestly. I hate seeing people get mistreated by people who just think that they're better.Chassity H.
For starters, my reservation was cancelled with zero notification. I arrived at my pickup location early to get the truck I reserved 2-3 weeks prior and was told they didn't have it. They said I should've received a call from UHaul about the cancellation. I never received that call. I was left without a truck on the day of my move, with multiple friends and family having driven in from different parts of the state to help. I called the UHaul phone number to try and track down another truck so that I could still move and the woman I spoke to through UHaul customer service was very rude and pissy with me, even though it's UHaul's fault for leaving me stranded. The two women that I interacted with at the Outlet Oasis Marathon were excellent however. They were very helpful and apologetic, even though the situation was not their fault. Even though there were no trucks available anywhere nearby, they were able to help get me a small trailer, which allowed me to complete the move in one trip, since my friends and family all volunteered their vehicles. The people working at the Outlet Oasis Marathon were great, very friendly and helpful. The person that I spoke to through UHaul however, was very rude and zero help. I recommend the folks at Outlet Oasis. As for UHaul itself however, this was a piss poor experience with rude employees that almost ruined my entire move. I would not recommend to anyone, as I've heard other stories similar to mine.Ross F.

Quick and Easy check in and check out. We ordered a 15' but because they didn't have one available that day they offered a 20' at the same price. Very pleased with their service. Thanks!Jay T.

Left rear tires were low on air once halfway loaded. Luckily we noticed this. Roadside assistance had to replace both tires and fixed leak at valve stems. Pretty poor vehicle readiness / check for a +2000 mile move. Would have expected vehicle goes through a inspection prior before going out to a customer! Also did a load share, but I am surprised that the drop off location and the national logistical center did not now each others status. I had to communicate this. Also the promises made such a timing of credit given for load share did not match. In essence information communicated did not match real life experience.Bennett S.
While the staff was friendly, they only do U-Haul as part of their business. I didn't receive a receipt when I returned the unit and they had to make phone calls to find out the return process. I'm sure it's a good location if you just need a truck or trailer.Mark H.

I waited in Pinckney for over two hours for a vehicle someone was supposed to call me the night before and let me know it wasn't available I had to drive to Burkhardt Road to get another vehicle took four hours to get one Saturday morningDouglas B.

Sales and service, s as bd equipment was great. The website to check the trailer in was difficult / inoperable. I rented a trss as lier, and the website required a pic of the odometer and fuel level to proceed. E we hen I added this unnecessary information, it still would not proceed.PAUL MICHAEL A.

Repairing the previous damage to the side panel that had been reported several times. The only issue I had with the rental was explaining to the person checking the truck back in. The person said he wasn't going to charge me for the damage, I told him he couldn't because I reported it at checkout and because I didn't do the damage.Melissa W.

I was surprised to learn I had to provide a photo of my passport, lease, or another contact. I couldn't upload a photo of my passport or lease - it had to be an actual photo. A file upload would be a good option.James L.

The location and people were great. Your electronic check in process sucks. It would have been easier to just fill in the old paperwork. The worst part was when I got through the crazy number of screens to get to the final point you threw a curve ball asking for a passport or copy of my lease agreement or a phone number for someone I knew ... luckily I had someone with me that had a cell phone. But had I picked the damn truck up by myself I would have been hosed .... I mean who carries their passport with them all the time,.... I own my house so there is no "lease agreement" and WTF would I carry it with me if I did lease. Just horrible stupidity in not asking for this information when I reserved the truck ...Daniel A.

Went to drop off on a Saturday at 3:30 and was closed and then was given a piece of paper and told to use the return through my account. Called U-Haul and was told they can not help and to follow online return. So then had to come back on Sunday and create an account. No customer service what so ever!Jerry B.

The app needs review. I tried to begin mobile check out a few minutes early and it told me I had been assigned to manual check-in and to wait for the office to open. When I went inside, they said I was set up for mobile check out, which I completed.Michael B.

It was not too late (I have picture stamped Saturday 2:38pm drop off) No one was there to check in trailer. Just the gas station guys that took our name on a piece of paper and said the uhaul people would check it in in the am. They were fine but seriously no one there at 2:36 pm? Oh well.NANCY P.

Gas gauge on truck was not working properly left an extra $30 were to gas in truck they would not reimburse me for Instructions in the beginning were not given to me properly so it's my fault they say and I don't get my money back not a very good experience thank youLAWRENCE GEORGE S.

The front right tire was at 35 psi instead of 110 like indicated on 26 footer very dangerous..cost me 5.00 and time and a few miles to find air stationâ€¦They said gas was full , when i got inwas between full and 3/4.. trued to check out on app to save the 20.00 it reads, no reservations. Same this for the truck i rented on Wednesdayâ€¦ would like a credit of 50.00 to cover expenses..JAMES ANTHONY L.

The online, after hours check in is a major waste of time. Stick to dropping a contract in an after hours drop box, as not everyone has a smartphone strapped to their hand 24/7.JOHN G.
