David B.The biggest disappointment was that U-Haul failed to honor the quote that was given to me online. A drop-off after-hours fee was included which is a complete insult as no one even has to be on site to accept the vehicle. Cameron told us the vehicle was full of gas but that was a lie. When we filled it up after use the needle went way past the F marker so we ended up paying for a lot more gas than we actually used. We were told by Cameron that any existing damage to the vehicle would be identified by a black X but we saw none despite seeing a lot of damage. The truck failed to shift in a timely manner. The RPM ran high before shifting. The CHECK ENGINE light came on and off on and off. The sound of boiling water could be heard on more than one occasion. I would not recommend U-Haul and I certainly would not recommend this location.
