I was scheduled to pick up the rental at 10 AM. The place didn't open until 10:10. The individual that opened the business (older gentleman, the father) then did not know how to get us checked in and we had to wait for his son to come, who didn't show up until 10:15. By that point, there was at least five other individuals there to pick up UHauls. When he finally got to me, the truck and auto trailer were not set up and ready to go. I didn't leave until 11:20 AM. That was an hour too long. The individual who helped me (the son) was polite and helpful, which I appreciated. However, The process felt very slow, unprofessional, and unclear. The truck's left front tire clearly had tread problems. The steering wheel had to be turned left to go straight. And the truck shook a ton when it drove more than 65 MPH. The truck alignment and suspension clearly needed work. This was particularly troubling as I was driving the truck almost 1300 miles.Tucker R.

Owner never had me sign a contract and stated he would email me the receipt. When I received it, he had charged me insurance when I stated I didn't want it and he forged my signature on both the contract and the credit card receipt.Brett J.
The second ID part of the phone rental process is awkward. Most people ignore calls from unknown numbers these days so that didn't go smoothly.Scott L.
