On our destination end, U-haul removed my preferred delivery location and had me call another 800 number to "get my drop off location". There's NO point in checking in online or trying to return online. Way too much time back and forth on the phone and with the representative at the counter. Ridiculous considering we paid over $1500 for the truck rental.Olivia M.

the box and the ramp where coated with oil and very slippery so we could not move the furniture I told the person and it was like sorry but they charged me anywayBRUCE H.
Their internet connection is not working alot of the time which is not a reflection of the staffs inability to provide great customer service. Very nice professional people to work with. I have 2 storage units at location and have rented a uhaul truck twice this month. Always a pleasure to communicate with. The internet causes undue struggle to expedite transactions. Otherwise will continue to use them in the future and refer to others.AVA L.

I've been a loyal customer to Uhaul for years, this time, everything was flawless, until the return time. I was given a location, 900 Wickham Rd, Melbourne to which I brought the vehicle, a day earlier, but at some point, I received an email asking me to bring the truck to a location much further away from the original. Not only I had to make arrangements to go retrieve the truck, and drive to this other location, but now I had to pay additional money because at this location I had to do a self check out. I don't appreciate it when a contract was not fulfilled, much less if I'm charged additional money to accommodate Uhaul needs. For the record, the original location had an attendant, who was very confused when I mentioned I had to move the truck somewhere else. Nonsense.Carlos C.
