Fraudulent charges, ragged trucks parked in a junk yard with mud, take a photo of the mileage at pick up and drop off both were lies when returned. Horrible Horrible experience added additional insurance after I said no and took the truck with paperwork showing then when returned get billed for it. Called me before my rental was due back so he could rent it to another customer then charged me two extra days out of spite when I returned and called him that it was returned at 2:45 before closing at 3:00 pm on Saturday I offered to bring truck back to postal location he told me to leave keys in drop box at junk yard/storage lot and charged me two additional days for a total of 4 days when I had vehicle from Thursday 4:33pm to Saturday 2:45pm.SAMUEL V.

I rented a dolly and did not receive. I was told that they didn't have one but I saw one in the back of the store. The check engine light was on in the truck. I was also charged twice and will be calling to correct the charge.STACHIA DELEE J.

We contacted U-haul customer service THREE times to find out where the key drop was at this location. We used the app to drop off the truck after hours but there was no key drop box on the store front. It took 50 minutes to get an answer. The drop box was behind the store which was in a strip mall behind a dumpster in a very dark area. Not safe at all! And no where does the store leave instructions on where to go. The vehicle was parked at a different location than what the app said. I had to drive to a muddy field were the U-Haul was parked. I ruined my shoes tracked a bunch of mud all over my personal vehicle. There was also not a dolly that I ordered provided. I will not reuse the location or refer them.NATHANIAL M.

I input all my info into website to save time. When I arrived at location they didn't have all the info i input. Have to give address, mileage, CC, timing etc. I spent an extra 20 mins. Not sure if it was a software glitch!Ge Y.

I was rescheduled to different locations and different size trucks three times. When I arrived at the pickup location the truck was actually parked at a different location so I could not do the contactless checkin. It took at least an hour for the man at the pickup location to find my reservation and I had to provide all my info two more times to him and the uhaul site was apparently all wrong according to him. It literally took longer to pickup the truck then it did to load it and unload it. It was a VERY poor experience and I will NEVER use or recommend uhaul after this.AMANDA K.

Check in took longer than anticipated. The appliance dolly i requested was not in the truck and took multiple tries even after I was charged to get it removed from the bill. I was told that the charge was refunded yesterday but it has not shown up on my account yet. Probably would not do mobile check in again. Too much of a hassle and it set me back 45 minutes.Matthew B.

We will NEVER use the on line check out again!!!! That was a disaster!!! This has nothing to do with the pick up location. The ap or online didn't work. I had to call and talk to 4 different people before we could even get through the app process. You do not accept VOIP phone numbers, well this is all we have and that includes everyone we know!!!! So we couldn't get anything verified. If this is the case you need to put that on the web site so people know before they agree to use the online/app process. The next truck we rent we will go through the nice gentleman at this Establishment so we don't have to worry about what type of phone service we have just to rent a truck. NOT HAPPY!!!Phillip M.

I wanted to use the app for pick up (no human contact) because my roommate is autoimmune and didnt want to risk any exposure to corona. But when I arrived, the truck was not there and I had to wait an hour until the location officially opened. When I did, I was informed that I had to drive another mile to the pick up place in a sketchy storage lot where I couldn't leave my car for the U-Haul. This put me back at least two hours. I hired movers and had to pay them for their time. I was trying to be as convenient and efficient as possible but your company's decision to partner with Parcel, Pack, and ship In Frisco off FM 423 ruined my experiment with you and I'm not sure i will be returning to U-Haul. The customer service was god awful. I lost money and time because of this. I would love for someone to reach out and explain why I, or my company who uses U-haul on a consistent basis, should be a returning customer. Don't offer App pick up if you don't actually offer app pick up. It crazy corona times like this, this shouldn't be an issue.Tyler B.

I did not feel that the pricing was transparent. I was also very frustrated that the vehicle I reserved was not actually available at the location I selected for pick up. I had to go to a different location to pick up the vehicle and was told that if I arrived even a few minutes late for my reserved time that the vehicle would be released to the general public. That is a ridiculous policy. I made a reservation for a reason. That said, I'm also in the middle of moving so I can't predict down to the minute exactly when I'll be able to come pick up the truck. The truck floor was covered in mud in the cabin, reeked of cigarette smoke, the back had not been swept, the truck was parked in a mud pit (and so I was covered in mud by the time I left). The mileage and gas differed from what was on the contract. The app said there was no damage to the vehicle. In fact, there were scratches all over it, the front bumper had hit something, and the rear bumper was scratched considerably. All of this is supported via the photos I submitted upon pick-up. Lastly, one of your employees at the lot told me to move my truck, I asked if there were other U-Haul spots aside from the four in front (due to the mud and lack of care for the property). He then screamed at me, reading "U-Haul!" four times as there were four U-Haul signs on the building. He then said "I will tow your fucking truck if you don't fucking move it!!" as I was loading the U-Haul truck with my supplies. All because I asked him if there were any other parking spots. MY EXPERIENCE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN WORSE AND I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION. The truck condition was misrepresented (scratches, dents, dirt/mud, cigarette smell, filthy floor in back), the truck was not in good condition, and the employee at the lot verbally assaulted me as I was loading the U-Haul truck. I strongly recommend finding another option.Jason K.
