When I picked up my uhaul I waited for 30 minutes to be helped, once I finally got my keys I was told I had to drive and go pick it up? I had already been dropped off and now I have to get picked back up to be taken to the storage area. Getting there it's just a dirt field filled with junk. Upon returning my uhaul I was never told to take a picture of the gas and mileage so I had to drive all the way back to uhaul just to get that. The key drop off at the site was literally duct tapped closed. One of my worst uhaul experiences.Tanner E.

Signed up for mobile pickup, had to go to location, check in and drive to an offsite location further away. Dropping off keys is the same way. Not convenient, glad I didn't have an Uber drop me off because I would have had to walk a half mile to the location where the trucks are kept.Richard D.

I've never been to a location where I have to then drive to truck at another location and be responsible for tracking mileage, It didn't say this on the internet that it was multiple locations, and I was instructed to drop off at a different location than the one provided via the Uhaul SMS.Andrew B.

This location in Frisco, TX overcharged my daughter on several items. She brought the truck back early, 6 hours instead of the 8 hours. She was charged an extra day. They charged her for insurance she did not want and she told them that at the counter. They also charged her for gas when she had filled it up to the level she left with when rented. Then my credit card was compromised after the transaction from U-Haul. I did report the nefarious activity to the Regional U-Haul customer service and got partial reimbursement from overcharge. DO NOT go to this location, find another U-Haul location to rent from!!Karley L.
The gentleman working at the location where very nice and the gentleman at drop off even stayed a few minutes after closing to get me checked out for the day. The only issue was the appliance dolly I requested was not available and I had to rent one from Home Depot last minute. The gentleman was very nice and reimbursed me for it as soon as he realized none were in stock at their location.MICHELLE D.

The Mobile Checkin for this location is useless. You still have to wait in line to get and return the key for the vehicle.Eldridge M.
This location has always been great to work with! The process has always been smooth and easy. They are very friendly as well.Tim P.
I picked it up with both a cracked front windshield and a major gash on the driverside door. Rear Right tire needs the TPMS replaced. Tire isn't flat, but it keeps complaining about it. Car was absolutely filthy when I picked it up. Debris in the back from a previous delivery, mud all over the cabin, and it smelled like sweat, mold, and mildew. Contract and other papers were in the interior from someone else's previous rental when I picked it up, and so was a furniture dolly from a previous rental. Roof had all but one roof-damage indicator when I picked it up. Last but not least, it looked like someone angry had kicked the crap out of the emergency brake release lever. All-in-all, one of the worst condition uhaul trucks I've ever experienced. Also, the brakes are beginning to sqweak; they'll need to be replaced soon. I don't think it's fair that I had to pay a cleaning fee when it was absolutely disgusting when I rented it.Joseph D.

Checking in online ahead of time did not seem to save any time. The person still asked me all the same questions and entered the same information again. Also, had to drive to their "remote location" to get the truck (which took extra time). The woman working the store was patient and friendly. I never received an email confirmation after I completed returning the truck online. So I can't confirm it's closed out.Eric Z.
To make the reservation they answered the phone and asked me to wait. I waited on the phone for more than 10 minutes and had to drop the call because they never picked up the phone again. my wife had to stop by. As soon as I left I realized that Check engine light stayed onLUIS P.
I at the local store and even included comments when I returned the truck online. Bcoz there was no key I had to change all my moving plans including moving labor that was scheduled for 29th. Additionally i reserved a dolly but I never got one which is also billed. I should not be charged anything keeping in mind all the inconvenience caused.Syamkumar G.
I was not expecting an after hour drop off fee. I took the truck for 24hrs and my drop off should be at 5:30pm.I dropped around 3:30pm and they charged me $20. Thanks JPJAGAN P.

When I arrived our rental was not on siteâ€¦the owner was 25 mins late with the keys and then we had to drive to a different location from here to actually pick up the vehicle and 1 dolly. They also didn't have the dollies I requested in my reservation available. The drop off process was also confusing as they told me to drop it back off at the off site location I picked it up at but all the communications I received from UHaul said to return it to their storefront.ALYSSA B.

The cell reception from pick up area is horrible, took extremely long time had to walk to neighborhood for it to work. Tried on both t-mobile and att. Also first time tried to pick up got error message about hand pick up and had to call and wait 45 mins for assistance. I'm sure the inside is great but did not experience but pick up was very challenging. Also some mask and papers were left in the cab from m previous rentersKristen W.
Next time don't have my pick up location at a separate place, next time make sure to call a day ahead telling me that you guys have them station at a separate shop where the keys aren't even at the same place where the truck is going to be also. There was no gate code on the instructions another 15 mins wasted! The truck was not checked in when I got there. That had to be completed before I could check it out. I reserved a furniture dolly but only an appliance dolly was available. The truck cab was dirty. The rubber trim inside the driver door fell off when I opened the door. The back of the truck had lots of broken glass in it. The process of checking out the truck took 45 minutes!!! The odometer reading was not accurate. I took a picture before I left uhaul but the last character of the mileage was not captured. Showed that to the Uhaul rep but still chareged me for driving over 80 miles which wasn't the case even after showing the picture of the odometer reading before departure.VALENTINE A.

Fraudulent charges, ragged trucks parked in a junk yard with mud, take a photo of the mileage at pick up and drop off both were lies when returned. Horrible Horrible experience added additional insurance after I said no and took the truck with paperwork showing then when returned get billed for it. Called me before my rental was due back so he could rent it to another customer then charged me two extra days out of spite when I returned and called him that it was returned at 2:45 before closing at 3:00 pm on Saturday I offered to bring truck back to postal location he told me to leave keys in drop box at junk yard/storage lot and charged me two additional days for a total of 4 days when I had vehicle from Thursday 4:33pm to Saturday 2:45pm.SAMUEL V.

We contacted U-haul customer service THREE times to find out where the key drop was at this location. We used the app to drop off the truck after hours but there was no key drop box on the store front. It took 50 minutes to get an answer. The drop box was behind the store which was in a strip mall behind a dumpster in a very dark area. Not safe at all! And no where does the store leave instructions on where to go. The vehicle was parked at a different location than what the app said. I had to drive to a muddy field were the U-Haul was parked. I ruined my shoes tracked a bunch of mud all over my personal vehicle. There was also not a dolly that I ordered provided. I will not reuse the location or refer them.NATHANIAL M.

I input all my info into website to save time. When I arrived at location they didn't have all the info i input. Have to give address, mileage, CC, timing etc. I spent an extra 20 mins. Not sure if it was a software glitch!Ge Y.

I was rescheduled to different locations and different size trucks three times. When I arrived at the pickup location the truck was actually parked at a different location so I could not do the contactless checkin. It took at least an hour for the man at the pickup location to find my reservation and I had to provide all my info two more times to him and the uhaul site was apparently all wrong according to him. It literally took longer to pickup the truck then it did to load it and unload it. It was a VERY poor experience and I will NEVER use or recommend uhaul after this.AMANDA K.

Check in took longer than anticipated. The appliance dolly i requested was not in the truck and took multiple tries even after I was charged to get it removed from the bill. I was told that the charge was refunded yesterday but it has not shown up on my account yet. Probably would not do mobile check in again. Too much of a hassle and it set me back 45 minutes.Matthew B.

We will NEVER use the on line check out again!!!! That was a disaster!!! This has nothing to do with the pick up location. The ap or online didn't work. I had to call and talk to 4 different people before we could even get through the app process. You do not accept VOIP phone numbers, well this is all we have and that includes everyone we know!!!! So we couldn't get anything verified. If this is the case you need to put that on the web site so people know before they agree to use the online/app process. The next truck we rent we will go through the nice gentleman at this Establishment so we don't have to worry about what type of phone service we have just to rent a truck. NOT HAPPY!!!Phillip M.
