Poor drop off location with VERY little room. I had to back across a 70 mile an hour two lane highway to drop the trailer off. The manager was rude and not helpful at all.Marshall R.

The business and rental was good but it was 15 miles out of my wayTRENDA S.
Allow us to drop off much closer. It's ridiculous that I had to drive it 35 minutes away when I passed, nearly empty, uhaul lots on my way to it. I get that it's a busy time but I also know that Uhaul has people that move them around. After moving all day we were so tired and going another hour round trip to return it was too much. Service was horrible. Employee didn't have any idea on what to do. She couldn't answer my questions and I was misinformed on several questions due to lack of knowledge on Uhaul process.Kayla S.
The gentleman that I spoke to wasn't overly friendly and the young lady was in a learning process. I don't know who is responsible for the emails that I got 3 1/2 hours after I picked up the trailer regarding the trailer condition was way after the fact. Also I still have not received an email receipt showing payment when I returned the trailer yesterday morning.Randy T.

The location is sort of crazy to find, as it is shown as a New Waverly, Texas location, but is actually about 15 miles east of that little town, and even in a different county.(!)William V.
The people at this location were very nice but Uhaul did not notify them we were coming. They also did not give us the correct time to pick it up and this was very far from our preferred location pick up. Uhaul also did not have all of the equipment available that we reserved. All of the issues were on Uhaul's side and not necessarily the pick-up location.ASHLEY B.
