I was very unhappy at the end of the rental, I got my final bill and it was outrageous!!! I had the truck detailed so it was very clean and was charged a 125$ cleaning fee!!! Also I put 50$ in gas in there to make 1/2 tank like I got it. And was charged 30$ in gas!! And not to mention about 100$ in taxes!!! I could not get the website to charge the second card I needed to pay the overage with so I did overnight instructions and it took 2 weeks for them to charge me after not calling me like the notes on file from uhaul said to do. Well the person was in a rush to get out of there so did not give me any paperwork for the rental or the insurance I purchased. And they charged me twice. An orginal $75 for the $40 rental, $15 insurance and original 6 miles I thought I would be driving. But after I dropped it off, on time and with a full tank of gas mind you. They charged me another $61 dollars for some reason. I have called multiple times with no answer and no answering machine to leave a message. Very unprofessional do not recommend.John W.

I have rented multiple times from this location and the service is always great. The only issue was returning the vehicle after hours. I reserved my truck close to where I needed it. BUT when it came time to pick it up, I was given a location past two other U haul locations, including the one I reserved from. This created EXTRA mileage that I didn't need or expect. Nice ploy if your trying to make more money and not really service the public. Please check the back of the trucks. I stepped on an nail and it hurt like hell. Also, truck had no AC, you could not go beyond 60 at times without feeling like the truck was going to break apart; and last but not least the check engine light was on most of the trip. Please inspect your vehicles, that would save customers a lot major headaches.Ruth M.

I think the customer should not be responsible for determining the mileage. The mileage should be read by the worker before and after to determine true accurate mileage. Advertising 19.95 on the trucks is deceiving.Christina A.

If I could rate the two representatives 6 out of 5 stars, I would. I went to the wrong UHaul location for my pick up. The first gentlemen I talked to was gracious in trying to identify the problem of why I wasn't in the system, and he called the UHaul contact - who had already gone home for the day - to come back, which she did with such pleasantness and professionalism. Both these employees were kind, helpful, courteous and just beyond wonderful.Cristin K.
The uhaul interface requires that you upload pictures of your drivers license from your own cell phone, however there is very poor cell service at this location making that impossibleGregory C.
We rented the truck from 10:00AM-1:00PM Monday, April 4, 2019 and were told the rental rate would be 19.95. I would very much like to know how the rate jumped from 19.95 to 36.78 before taxes and other charges when we only went approximately 12 Miles total. That's almost 17.00 more than we were quoted!!!!!! I would like a VERY GOOD EXPLANATION FOR THE ADDITIONAL $16.00 ALONG WITH A REFUND TO MY BOYFRIENDS CREDIT CARD!!!!!! The uhaul was very clean but need service the low tire pressure light was on the oil light and another light. Was a good location when dropping off the uhaul the lady ws screaming we have no gas over and over I told her we werent hear for gas but to drop off the uhaul.Melody L.
