I didnr know i would be paying $14 / day for insurance. Because of my busy work schedule, the truck had to sit at my house for about 2 weeks. So instead of paying $14, I paid $210 for insurance. This was never declared or brought up throughout the transaction.

Great convenient location. Only recommendation I would have would be to have the truck key lock box be located inside the gated facility. I had to enter the facility to find the truck, drive back out of the control gate to get the truck key, then drive back through the control gate to get back to the truck.

The truck did not have a ramp. I don't recall ever renting a Uhaul truck without a ramp. I wish I was informed of that before I had to load heavy items on the truck.

I did the 24/7 where I should have just been able to pick up at 0900, but no equipment was assigned. Employees didn't show up until 9:15 then forgot to put the rented equipment in the truck so we had to go back to get it. Ended up being charged for the hours when it took an hour to get the Uhaul

The tow dolly sell apart when we hit Montgomery Alabama, there were no bolts that hold the straps onto the wheels the bolts or missing. This was the worst U-Haul experience we have ever had, it put us three hours behind we did not make it to our Destiination which was Washington DC until Monday we had to spend Three nights on the road because we were so concerned about the tow dolly that was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul and I have used you guys a couple of times. Next time we will get professional movers. The least we could do is get reimbursed for the tow dolly.

I ordered a dolly and it wasn't in the truck. Rented the truck for 4 hours but had to bring it back early. couldn't move the other material due to not having dolly. To top it off, there isn't anyone in the office; so I couldn't work the situation out. Spoke to another customer and they said that no one has been in the office for at least two months. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Never again U-Haul, and I mean it; NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I was under the impression that the price was good for 24 hours plus mileage. I did the rental over the phone with the facility's manager(?) I did not inquire this as I have always had 24 hours on a rental, and now I will need to rent again as I had to have my vehicle back.

The location and employees were great! However, there were multiple problems with the 24hr rent process. Once I got a rep on the phone, they were very helpful. Even turning in the truck was difficult. The system kept freezing. I finally left the key with an attendant who said that he would check the vehicle in.

The location was closed when I needed my rental, so I used the app, but the app wouldn't let me complete the reservation, so I had to call customer service. After that, the pin number to enter the location was wrong. Luckily, the manager happened to be there and let me in. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to get the rental truck.

Second time renting a uhaul here in three weeks. I will never use this location again. I dont blame uhaul for the shortcomings of an independently owned business that utilizes their trucks to rent out. This poor review falls directly on the business. Yes I understand you have a sign up about changes to your hours... no problem I can work around that. I get being closed on sunday even most businesses are. What I cannot understand is how you can rent a uhaul out to someone on a friday and tell them they can leave their care inside the gate which requires a passcode to enter and exit through, then give them a code that doesnt work. Not only was I late returning my rental due to the fact that i couldn't get in but i had to shift through phone numbers online and on your building (which do nothing by the way) after being on the phone for 2 hours finally someone is kind enough to let me in. I dont know how long i would have been there if that person hadn't shown up. But hey it could just be my experience...

Several things that took extra time onsite with the mobile check -in could have been done in advance. I rented a Budget truck the day after I returned this one, and in person, with a line of 6 people, the check in took less than half as much time. It also should not take so much documentation of previous damage. I lost track of how many photos I had to take. Why could not the facility staff have done that before I arrived? Your online staff person was very pleasant, but expectations prior to check in were not clear. Also, there were problems with the gate and drop box at the facility.

After we got the proverbial run-around from U-Haul Self Storage in Pensacola we found a storage unit at Q2 Self Storage at this location. The manager, Misty, was great and very helpful and was able to provide us with a storage unit and a secure location to drop off our U-Haul truck.

Only improvement is better communication with the customer. I was supposed to be initially contacted by a U-Haul representative after placing my online reservation, but it never happened. I had to call U-Haul Customer Service. If I understand correctly, though, that is not the fault of Q2 Self Storage. Other than that, everything else went smoothly.

Ordered the vehicle online with 4 dozen pads and a utility dolley. The U-haul website indicated that this would be in the vehicle upon pickup. None of the items were in the vehicle upon pickup and the location did not have any pads available.

I needed blankets to move some fragile furniture. Ten minutes and $5 bucks for a day was awesome. Beware the cash deposit though, $60 unless you use a bank card then it's just the rental fee. Thanks Matt @ Q2 Hwy 98W in Pensacola. You're less than 1 mile from my house. Super convenient and pleasant to use! Thank you!
