Using the app to check in 24/7 was not user friendly. It is senseless for me to be able to pick up the U-Haul truck supposedly 24 hours a day and at time of pickup an operator has to call a friend or family member without giving the renter prior knowledge that they would need to have a friend or family member awake at that time. When there was a slight discrepancy in how much gas was left in the vehicle and a picture was taken and submitted, it would not accept my picture and told me to take another picture but at the same time would not allow me to take another picture. 45 minutes of my life that I will never get back just trying to check in. I ended up having to wait for the caretaker of the facility to show up and verify that I could take the vehicle. Even on his end he could not get any real information and said just take the truck. I think I would use someone else next time other than U-Haul.
There was no way to judge how well maintained the vehicle was. The interior of the cab could have been cleaner. It seemed a little underpowered. Give the customer a more transparent pricing experience and information about maintenance.
Google map didn't take us to the location. If there wasn't a uhaul trailers outside the storage units, I wouldn't have known where to go. I also would recommend telling customers that they need to follow the directions Online before dropping off the vehicle after hours to clarify needs.
Requested a dolly and hand truck and did not have either one in the truck and have been charged for it. Would like to be refunded for that.

We cleaned the truck very well....turned it in....and still got charged a cleaning bill...which it total crap....we cleaned the truck very well

Was directed to this location to drop off my trailer. Staff was not very friendly. . I felt like I was imposing on them by returning equipment I rented from them.

Due to weather conditions no personnel were ever present but after talking to area supervisor was ablt to get checked in. His service was great.
Instruction were simple and easy
It was after hours so no one was there.
Picking up the trailer was a breeze. The man that helped me was amazing. My drop off was another story. I asked for my drop off location to be in Wilmington. It wasn't. It was 30 minutes away. Then I arrive to find a lady, and I call her that loosely, smoking a cigarette with her feet up on a chair. She didn't know how to unhitch the trailer and didn't have the proper equipment to lift it off my truck. She asked my 105lb 19 year old daughter to help her. After 45 minutes, she finally called some man on the phone and asked for help. That was a waste of my time for $200 and less than 24 hours of use.
Everything was turn key and simple. Thx Jennifer. She went out of her way to make my day.
Staff member was disorganized and kept cutting customer off
There's not anything I can think of to improve the service I received. It was a great moving experience.
