Nothing wrong with location and owner but, everything wrong with Uhaul as a company! We had a 26 ft truck reserved almost 3 weeks in advance for us to find out, the day before moving (and not because Uhaul called us but because I called them) that there was no truck available. We were told the closest truck was 90 miles away and we would have to go pick it up. While I understand that more moving happens in the summer, Uhaul is a large enough company while enough resource that there is no excuse to not have these logistics in order. The scheduling department seemed to have no sympathies for the situation that they had put us in and gave no reasonable explanation for it. I now understand why people pay more for Penske or Budget. Will never use this company again. For clarification, the people we encountered at the pickup location were great! They did their best to help us through this ridiculous situation even though it was through no fault of their own.Russell N.

I was supposed to pick up a 15 ft. truck, car hauler, and dolly at Lucky's MoJo in Lexington, KY. They did not have it! I spent 2 hours (mostly on hold ) with U-Haul to arrange a truck pick up for the ne t day. I had to drive an HOUR just to pick up the truck. No car hauler and no dolly. I am very disappointed with my U-Haul experience and will be telling everyone on social media to go with a different company.Veronica H.

This was supposed to be a mobile pickup. I was unable to start the pickup process until 30 minutes later than my scheduled pickup time because the app said I had to wait for the location to open, even though it is a gas station that was already open. Once I was able to start the process, I had to walk through mud to see truck numbers, then I was directed to go inside for the keys. Why didn't you just tell me it was a manual pickup and I could have gotten the truck on time? Once we went in for the keys, we were told to wait until other customers were helped because she needed to find her glasses. We have rented a lot of trucks from various companies, including U-Haul, and this was by far the worst experience.TIMOTHY M.

The address is wrong and we went to Danville when we needed to be on Old Hustonville Rd in Junction. The online pick up was glitchy and the owner had to come in and help me. Other than that it was all goodCourtney C.

I appreciate how Quick Stop went out of their way to make sure I had key easily available. My only concern was I was unclear as the whether truck should have a full tank or just had to return with same amount as pickup. When I picked up, it had a little more than a 1/4 of a tank, so I went ahead and filled up costing about $52 dollars to make sure started with full tank. Other than that, they were friendly and worked to make sure I had what I needed and could recommended others to them. Thank you.Mike H.

Last time I will ever use uhaul I paid online 193.00 for a one way 80 mile trip when I pick up paid another 143.00 and when I drop off another 58.00 you are nothing more then crooks when I reserve this truck mileage was figured this is just plain out deceptionbill P.

I requested a 24 hour rental but the order was put in as a 6 hour rental. When I discovered the error, a week before the actual rental, I called the location to make sure it was changed to the correct 24 hour period. It wasn't changed and when we went to pick up the truck were told that it was already rented out the next morning. UHaul sent us to another location to get a truck we could keep for 24 hours, but it was 15 miles away from where we live, meaning we'd have more mileage charges. (I made the original reservation where I did because it was 1 mile from our home.) I called UHaul and was given a promo code to take $10 off at the time we returned the truck. The next day when we returned it, the man wasn't familiar with entering a promo code, so we didn't get the discount. It was a really bad experience and I will consider other options before renting from UHaul again.Lisa A.

I experienced some confusion regarding my reservation. It was made as a 24/7 automated pick-up, but this was not the case at this location. However, this is not the fault of this pick-up location but rather due to information given via the online reservation system and U-Haul mobile app. The pick-up location was clean and organized and the folks there were friendly and professional.David A.

Location was great but uhaul was a horrible experience customer service was friendly but couldn't get anything done. Sat locked in a storage facility for 5 hours while customer service bullshits me. I have used uhaul many times in the past for trailers but was first and last for a truck DONT BELIEVE CUSTOMER SERVICE they just tell you what you want to hear while on the phone then oh well.John S.

Because the man obviously disnt know what he was doing my family and I was pulled over and imformed it had been reported as stolen and we had to unload where we were at all because the man I had spoken with had not left a note in there system do now they are trting to charge my account almost $2000.00 so if your smart DO NOT GO THROUGH uhaul unless you are moving locally if not then go somewheres elseDana C.

The auto transport I rented from location was damaged tire strap had been cut, had to travel approximately 30 miles out of way to pickup. So didnt want to complain. Agent at location said he would document damage and did take pictures. Customer service was wonderful in assisting me in locating trailer. I've rented many times but never had to purchase additional equipment to secure load because the equipment was brokenJohnny F.
