This location needs to be manned. We had a terrible experience. First, we could not complete the check out using an Android phone, only an iPhone. That needs to be addressed. There was also very poor cellular service which impeded our ability to do the check out. And the vehicles are not properly inspected. The truck we rented was infested with carpenter ants. It took 90 minutes to exhume. We were fortunate to find someone in the office building on a Saturday who helped us with check out but honestly, i would NEVER go back and am unhappy with the whole U-Haul experience.

I did not know when I booked that I was going to a location with no staff. In the parking lot I only got one band of cell service so I could not download the app. The self check out took too long.
Tracy BIt was supposed to be a staff location and it wasn't. Just a derelict house on a busy road with lock boxes. I spent 45 minutes on the phone to get access to the truck. Same for the return process. Very dissatisfied.
