Ray was wonderful in helping me but Corporate Uhaul could use some better communication skills. They tried sending me one hour out of the way to pick up moving truck, when there was one just 5 miles from my house.Brian W.
Online to customer phone service needs much improvement! Your system tired it's best to way over charge me....not to mention to lady on the phone I spoke with was RUDE.. Thanks to Ray from Ray automtive and his many phone calls it finally got straighten out. When a customer looks at his receipt the amount should be correct the first time. Very disappointing experience with U haul....I guess next time I'll know better and go back to budget.James F.
